Smooth self check-in, clean and spacious rooms, private free parking spaces, good breakfast (but starts from 8am), good location, especially, if you travel by car and need to stay one night.

Breakfast starts at 8:00, it would be great to have it at least at 7:00 if possible.

Very clean, stylish rooms, convenient self check-in, free private parking, great location if you travel by car, good breakfast with basic but very tasty meals (scrambled eggs, sausages, pastries, cheese, vegetables, coffee machine, juice, water). The property doesn’t have a lift (at least I didn’t find it), so keep it in mind, but the building has only 2 floors. The rooms have A/C and a good fridge with a mini freezer, which works well.

Very quiet and safe outside for children, territory locked with gates. Even if the main road is beside, it was wonderful and quiet.

We booked 2 rooms and asked to give us the rooms close to each other. But we've got the rooms on different floors. But this was not a big issue.

Nice apartment hotel. We stayed for 1 night, while travelling towards Germany. The hotel is fully automatic with no service personnel. Everything went smooth - the codes from the gate and building were obtained in the morning of the day of stay. Good parking on the territory for 6-8 cars max. When we arrived at 9 PM, the parking was empty. Good place to stay for a night or two. Quiet place. New clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Fast WIFI.

Perfect place to stay in a modern accommodation. Bed was very comfortable. Room size was good. Everything is working thru the codes - entry to the parking, entry to the main building, entry to the safety deposity box for keys. Definitely we stay here again in the future.

there is a road right next to the hotel and when you open the windows you can hear the sound of cars, but the windows are very airtight and when closed there is really good sound insulation. this is certainly not a big minus

I recommend this hotel as it is really very warm, comfortable and modern. There is a nice terrace with sun loungers on the roof of the hotel. Excellent location next to the forest, quick access to the city, very good roads nearby. The owners are very nice, helpful and attentive to our needs.

Everything, though we have not ordered breakfast, so cannot comment on that, but it is newly opened hotel and everything brand new. The host was super with all the instructions before arrival. Highly recommendations and good luck in future :)

Poor sound insulation, so we woke at dawn, when first hotel guests were moving around and checking out. We arrived at nigh time and there was no parking space left in the yard so we took a risk and parked on the street around the corner. Luckily nothing bad happened.

It’s cleanliness, comfortable bed and 2 types of pillow, we could choose the best one suitable.
