The hotel was nice enough but there was a sofa in my room When was very used and nicknamed “the casting couch”. I’ve attached a photo (please note it is not velor- it’s stains!). There was no do not disturb/ clean me sign in my room and I had to consistently ask reception for clean drinking water for my room as it wasn’t being provided as it should. The bed was very hard with two miniature blankets to cover a large double bed

The property was in a great location. The gym was amazing.

Entrance (tunnel) to the hotel is extremely narrow for a car, if you have a wide car it will be hard to get in/out without someone helping you out from the outside. There is no fridge in the room, only one in the hallway that is for all of the guests, the doors of the room are a bit wonky.

Location is superb, we had a terrace, mattress is comfortable, parking is private and right in front. Free sauna that you can use as well as a fitness center. You can buy drinks at the reception, we didn’t try the restaurant tho. Staff was really kind.

There is no elevator in the building. The rooms on the first floor are very close to the gym. It was noisy in the room due to the loud music in the gym and people playing squash.

The carpets were worn out and the window in the room was mated but those were minor issues really.

24 hour reception, quiet, clean, no nonsens hotel with a common kitchen and dining area for the guests. Free use of fitness club and sauna. Good location for Wawel with convenient tram connection to the railway station.

I could find only one power point on the wall to charge my phone.

The room was visually clean and modern, and there wasn't much noise from outside. I had no problems with the staff. The internet connection was stable.

On my check in day I had to change rooms 3 times cause problems with the room. A lot of cobwebs in my room that wasn’t originally the one I booked. There was a used towel inside the cabinet in the room.

The staff were very helpful. The sauna and 24h gym comes with the price but didn’t have enough time and energy to experience them. Overall it’s a good place to stay.

Room was smaller than expected and the bathroom had a funny smell. You could hear people speaking in the adjacent rooms and the sauna was under maintained so I couldn’t make use of the facility

The rooms are located inside busy gym and there was loud music on most nights up until 11pm because of the aerobic classes on the same floor. Hotel rooms could use an update.

The rooms have no proper curtains and the short ones in place do not cover the windows and are see through. You wake up with the sunrise. Need proper black out curtains. Would also make the room more classy. Pillows are as flat as a pancake. Need investing in good quality pillows. Our beds were single beds with hard mattress. Felt like a student halls accommodation, not much comfort. I'm aware there are bigger beds available in other rooms. Will ask for those in future. The hotel needs some decorating at this stage. Squash courts feel worn out with messy walls and tin on the front wall coming off the wall. The above points are quick fixes as everything else makes up for those deficiencies (especially amazing staff and a great location).

Great location, great access to gym and sauna, able to play squash in club nights- lovely coaches. Able to get a hot drink 24hrs. Lovely bathrooms in the rooms.

Great location, 2 min walk from Kazimierz, and about 10 min from the Old Town, good Internet, clean room. It is possible to prepare coffee/tea in the shared space for all guests. No breakfast on site but the hotel is located just in front of a great coffee place with delicious cakes and breakfasts! The parking is on site (which is very nice because most of the hotels in this location don't have on-site parkings). Will definitely come back!
