Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

UkraineNo balcony for most rooms and no possibility to get one from booking Shower on 2nd floor had a bad hot water pressure, had to wait for it while cold water ran :( Breakfast could have at least one gluten free bread-like option, fruits were the same during our 3 days stay
The beds - pillows and blankets (by the way, separate for two - yay!) were so good I want ones like that home. The pool was nice, saved us because search was too cold during our stay. Saunas are nice, but have a but weird open hours Cleaning service was polite and left everything in great order There were vegan cheese and "meat" options for breakfast

PolandI did not like the fact that there are no extra towels for sauna so you have to use your own from the room which is very inconvenient (towel cannot be used and must be washed). The sauna room has no separate door and is connected to the pool. There is also no resting area - you can use armchairs or sun beds situated around the pool. Also I did not like the parking - the one in the hotel was pricey and around on the street it was really hard to find a spot. So tip for other travellers - consider actually buying the spot from the hotel (if you can)
Breakfast was good - although a tip for other people - there are two rooms and they have slightly different foods there, especially the warm/hot dishes!:) The SPA was ok featuring two saunas one infrared and the other finish. The pool was quite spacious.

United KingdomThere was a plant growing out of the secondary drainage hole in the bathroom sink. A full on plant with seeds. Breakfast was super disappointing to the point where for the second day I ended up going Lidl and getting food from there instead. Also the terrace was big, but super unclean. Minibar was out of order.
It was super close to the main strip and beach. Also the room we got was huge.

GermanyIt was everything good!
The food was amazing, every morning you could smell the fantastic fresh of the food. The Pool was also insane, everything clean, everything great. The hotel it’s very close to the beach, like 7-8 minute, and u can reach every restaurant in 5-10 minutes.

GermanyThere isn't much negative to say about this hotel, especially considering the reasonable price of the stay. The beds could be a bit more comfortable. Also, we initially had trouble finding a parking space, but this issue was resolved by the second day. Overall, everything was good!
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Atol, which exceeded our expectations. Starting with its location, it was excellent! Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, on a quiet street, yet close to many restaurants and playgrounds for kids. The breakfast was much better than what many reviewers described, offering both variety and taste. The room was small but cozy, equipped with a kettle and a mini-bar, essential for families traveling with kids. Surprisingly, even some upscale hotels lack these basic amenities!!! The room and bathrooms were clean, with daily room service. The staff were friendly enough! Finally, the indoor pool and sauna were amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will definitely return!

Polandsmell in the room(the place wasn’t dirty or ancient but it had some constant unpleasant smell of something old I guess which bothered me: it was either old furniture (maybe bed or mattress or even pillows, I don’t really know, as nothing looked bad)). breakfast was not great but it was ok maybe. sauna had no thermometer. out of stuff for bathroom we only received one shower-gel package each and 1 soap. these things were given to us only once, so I would say that bathroom stuff shouldn’t be mentioned as included as it is way not enough and If we knew it will be that limited we would take something with us (my first hotel which didn’t provide at least unlimited shower gel). water (bar bottle) wasn’t refreshed as well when it was finished (also for the first time in my experience). no slippers.
pool, bathroom was great, location is fine
