For a 5 day stay, the breakfast options can get a little but repetitive as it's always the same three choices of scrambled eggs, sausage or a pancake but food was always delicious nonetheless. I was placed in a room with a vent connecting to a room upstairs that can hold up to 6 people and they were extremely loud one night at 4am, however I rang the reception and on the next day they offered to swap my rooms with more quiet option with no additional fee which I appreciated.

Staff speaks English so they were able to communicate with my partner with no problem. Very polite staff members, making sure we feel welcome. Parking fee was discounted for us due to a longer stay which was very nice of them. I love the little cake slice with breakfast as a little treat, we could always take it to our room after breakfast.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious, stylishly and comfortably decorated. Very good location. Excellent restaurant - the selected dishes were really very tasty. The breakfast was perfect for us because we got everything we like. Pleasant and helpful staff. Great attitude and care towards animals. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was super delicious and receptionist Agata was the best!!! She assisted me in all kind of communications via phone where I needed her translation, to resolve my issues; called a taxi and waited for it at the street with me…. She was super professional and very welcoming. Location was the greatest- in the middle of the downtown and the entrance to the hotel - through the quiet and cosy courtyard. The stairs at night automatically getting lights so you’ll not fall off. The only thing is absence of elevator- luckily my heavy suitcases were in the car because I wouldn’t be able to bring them upstairs. In the room was all necessary things including coffee/ tea corner, and hair dryer in the bathroom. I was pleased and happy to stay here.

This is a fabulous place to stay. The warm and genuine welcome from the reception staff. The quaint and unique rooms. The very comfortable bed. The quiet location. Easy access to the central square of the town, with the Cathedral, bars, restaurants etc all within easy walking distance (5 to 10 minutes). The absolutely fantastic breakfast - with a massive choice of different items, including made-to-order eggs, fresh rustic breads, local specialities. All for such an exceptional price. I want to come back to Gniezno just to stay here again!

The morning breakfast was really good. They had great coffee and loved the scrambled eggs. Every time I came back to my room after work, it will be clean again. The rooms are small, but perfect for traveling. I really liked that they had a mini fridge too.
