The location quite far from old town and took me 50 mins walk at 1st then found out the trams go there in 15 mins. Shower didn't work staff couldn't help me on this bath was in room bt was a bit small especially as I'm 6 ft 1 breakfast was adequate and they didn't bring anything fresh out so once it went that was it. The bar at hotel very small but prices were quite reasonable for a campanile. If come back will probably stay closer to old town.

Room was a good temperature and had tea coffee facilities even complimentary biscuits and choc. Bed was bit low down but comfortable and fresh. Staff were very young but seemed helpful and knowledgeable about the hotel and area. Shopping mall and train station just across the road.

There should be a power socket next to both beds. The shower's glass wall could be longer. For the sustainability, I'd recommend real spoons for the mugs instead of the disposable ones, and to change the towels ONLY if they are indicated to be changed (by placing them on the floor).

Good value for the price, just a few minutes walk from the main railway station, big shopping center and aquapark.

We quite often stay at Campanile - it’s our safe choice that make us calm because we know what to expect. The room we stayed in wasn’t too big but it was enough for 1 night. Campanile hotels are always very well located. The breakfast was also quite nice, there was a variety of cold and warm dishes, fruit, vegetables, juice, coffee etc. the quality of the food served (such as cheese and hams) isn’t top quality but it’s ok for a 3* hotel. Scrambled eggs were very nice and not overcooked just as we like.

The carpet in the room should be changed. Very dirty looking. Needs refreshing for sure. Otherwise no complaints.

Everything was fine, as always. Good hotel to stay for night or two. Great location. Nearby bus and train station and big shopping mall. Everything you need is there. Kettle in the room, which is great for making tea and coffee (also provided).

Sound isolation was horrible. Street was literally inside the room . Bed was not flat, (double bed) literally we were falling into the middle of the bed all night while sleeping. It’s not that close to center as it looks from maps . Towels had stains and holes on them . For one night was ok but I wouldn’t stay longer.

The only downside was the free wifi. The sign in process for wifi was overly complicated and confusing. The connection kept timing out and needed to be signed in again periodically. This was an out of date process.

The stay was very good. Overall the facilities were excellent and the staff very friendly. I broke the sink plug and this was fixed the same day that I reported it.

The price was a bit high for a room like that, but still affordable. We had some problem with electricity in the room but stuff solved it fast and gave us another room. Wifi was very poor, almost not working.

The location was perfect, right next to the main train station and bus station, also it was easy to access city center by foot or public transport and there was a big shopping center next to the accommodation. The room was equipped with the necessary things, clean too but there were some dirty spots on the carpet which didn't look nice. The stuff at reception were very nice, especially the young guy, who did everything to help us in certain situations.

Was hoping that breakfast was, or could have been included with the price of the hotel stay. Paying extra for breakfast is not something that I like to do, but we are all different people with different desires.

The staff was friendly and helpful; which I really like. The hotel is also right across from the mall, so that is more than awesome for me as well. For a simple hotel and safe hotel experience, this is the right choice.

The breakfast was good and there was a variety of options to choose from. There was a sign about oat mill but during my stay it was not available. Fresh plain yogurt would be nice. Great location, very helpful staff and good value for money. Strongly recommend this place for exploring Wrocław.

Carpet has seen better times. It's warn out and looks dirty. Also, the toilet wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast was basic. Not many choices of bread and some of the pastries didn't seem fresh.

Kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Comfy bed, spacious bathroom. Nice location. Close to train and bus station and walking distance to the main square.

- In bathroom, there were torn foot towels that should have been thrown into the trash a long time ago, and half of body towels were just dirty, as if they had not been washed with detergent for a long time. - Сarpeting on both rooms we stayed needs a proper cleaning or replacement. - In one room the door lock was not closing properly. All this give the taste of neglected and run-down hotel, along with a wonderful location and in-whole good equipment.

Hotel close to big new shopping center and different public transport stops. Rooms are not too spacious but equipped with all you may need - electric pot, tea-coffee-sugar, mineral water. The beds were comfy. Bathrooms with shower. Parking is available on hotel territory for 40 zl a day.

The hotel location is very convenient for travellers, being just a 5 minute walk from the bus station and 10 minutes from the railway station. There are also several tram routes going past the hotel. Tram rides are cheap so it's no disadvantage not being in the centre of the old town. Just diagonally across the road is a shopping mall with a variety of fast food outlets and a cinema. There is plenty of variety of food for breakfast, though only two hot options (scrambled egg and spicy sausage). My room was comfortable and reasonably well sound-proofed.

The unpleasant smell in the room when we arrived. The towels were very old. The room was not cleaned for 2 days. When taking a shower, even with the overhead shower, the water flows abundantly onto the bathroom floor.

It's a nice hotel. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The car park is easily accessible. Very good location for our purpose. Shopping centers with cinema and fast food nearby. DOG FRIENDLY!

Stained dirty carpet...noise from bleeping pelican crossing outside window at road juntion right the way through the night even with window closed , smell from plugs in bathroom , sink plug took ages to drain.

The location is perfect in case you need to stay close to the bus station (if you have an early departure). It is possible to leave your luggage at the reception after you check out and collect it when needed. Breakfast was also good.
