Everything was clean and organized. The hosts were great and met us at the property when we arrived to hand over the keys and give an apartment tour. The apartment is located in a great area in the city center.

I was sleeping on couch, which is less comfortable than the one I have at home, but nothing I would not get used to :) bed seemed pretty comfortable on the other hand (just expect there is no TV in the bedroom to lay and watch).

I was visiting my family in town for Christmas break, and needed a more modern appartment for the whole season - with fully equipped kitchen (due to restaurants/shops closed for Christmas), 2 separate beds/couch (travelling with mom), standard equipment (iron, wardrobe, etc) and elevator (as she has walking issues). All of my requirements have been fully met. Nearest shoping mall is incredibly close and it is also close to city center for drinks. This stay made myself and my mom really happy, as we we both were very satisfied. Huge modern balcony is a big plus.

Very nice modern apartment with 2 rooms and a kitchenet area. Parking at the garage, friendly staf, lovely shower and exellent location. It even has a big balcony with a nice view. The pictures of the apartment are real and resemble it trutfully. Defenitely come back if ever visit the area again.

Well, the church bells indeed wake you up at 0645, there is no way around it. Sink seemed to be slightly blocked (not fully, but enough to be irritating - though, to be fair, we did not report it during our stay).

Sufficient space in the suite (and we stayed with 3 kids!). Balcony was very nice. Location was calm, windows overlooking internal playground (which was nice as well, though slightly small). Very nice lighting in the room, allowing brighter or dimmer setup. Sufficient supply of kitchen accessories and dishes.

The sofa bed wasn't the best. It didn't want to fully extend, but after some time, we managed to sleep on it. The employee who gives the keys doesn't really speak English, so it may be a bit difficult communicating. Not a bad thing, but something to be aware of.

The apartment is in a very convenient location near the city center. Most of the town's attractions are within a 10-15 min. range. The apartment itself was good and contained everything you would want for a multiple day stay. It also has an AC unit, so the cold from the windows isn't as noticable. Underground parking was spacious and right next to an elevator.

There was no drying towel to dry the dishes. The corkscrew to open wine was not the best! Two times, the cork broke as it was not long enough. Next time, I would bring my own.

It was modern and spacious, with a great view. We did not need to pay for private parking as we always found a nearby space. We arrived late, but the guy who met us to give us the key waited and was very friendly. It is in a great location, with shopping just a few minutes away. I had read beforehand about the nearby church bells being too loud early in the morning, but it did not disturb us at all.

Not dislikes but honest observations regarding my stay: A broom plus dust pan/brush would have been useful for cleaning. An extra duvet/blankets would be great for the colder nights. There are a few wear and tear marks on the bedroom walls. The shower door was missing so the bathroom would flood when in use. A washing machine would be ideal for longer stays or, details for the location of the closest public launderette (if there is one in Białystok?) The TV only has Polish channels. I don't mind this as it's part of the travel experience to be immersed by a different language but to relax bring books, a chromecast or, a tablet/laptop. There is a church close by that tolls its bells daily at 6:45am for about 10 minutes and it can be loud until you acclimatise to the noise. Obviously, the owners can't help this. But you might want to consider wearing earplugs to bed or, playing white noise throughout the night to muffle the sound.

Patryk who checked me in was punctual, super friendly and answered all my questions regarding how to use the appliances. Apartment itself was gorgeously presented - strong WiFi, clean, modern and well appointed kitchen facilities, lots of storage space, power sockets and choice of lighting. Good sized balcony to sit and watch the murmuration of birds that flocked overhead every evening. Location was great, area was relatively quiet and felt safe - Apartment was within a few minutes walk of supermarkets and a shopping/fast food/cinema complex. The main city centre was probably a 20 minute walk. Whereas, the bus/rail stations were a 50 minutes walk... there is a taxi rank outside the mall and the journey time by taxi to the stations is about 5-mins/15pln. I spent a comfortable 10 days here recuperating after an operation and will recommend the apartment to others coming from overseas to the Noviline clinic.

The church bells start calling from 6.50 about 2 min. Very early. They need to repair the bath crane. Parking space is paid. Its ok, but You need to know before you park your car. Garage is safe.
