Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

LithuaniaThe hostel is in the former school building. The long dark corridor isn't clean and cozy, wc are old and need renovation. The ratio of price and quality isn't satisfied.

UkraineThere wasn’t much space in the room to put my bellongings, so I stuffed them on the windowsill next to other beds, not mine - so, it was something definitely worth improving.
The receptionist was really nice to tell me where everything was and even to offer his milk when I asked for it, so the attitude of the worker(s) is really something I liked a lot!:)

PolandI don't know if it is listed as a dry hostel but there is nowhere on premise you could drink a beer. Usually the places that are no alc still allow you to drink a beer if your not causing a problem.
Kitchen was okay, beds where comfy, nice places to sit down. Pretty clean overall. There was a good amount of dishes and cooking ware.

UkraineYou have to pay for the towel Bed are not fixed with a customer (i came one day and there was a person on my bed) On the first bed there was a weird mattress, all in bumps, though i slept well. On the second bed there was a good, might be new, mattress
It's was clean, bright during the day. Good internet. There were lockers for your personal stuff. They also let me leave my bag when my stay was over so I went walking without my heavy bag (I had like 5 hours before a train)

PolandThe bathroom (male bathroom) was a disaster. One of the shower cabins was not working so I had to queue for 20 minutes to have a shower. One of the bathroom doors was broken and overall it was not clean.
The check-in was very smooth and professional. The receptionist helped me with the sockets. The location is good. It is located very close to the tram station. The bed was clean and smelled very fresh. The room overall was really nice. The cleaning lady was a sweetheart.

Ukrainemy friend got her towel taken away and changed her bedsheets even though we had one more night to stay. when we asked where our towel is no-one knew and we were told that later at night the guy was supposed to take her bed but saw someone sleeping there and left. so I'd recommend the staff to be more accurate with who, where and for how long gonna stay. we didn't find the towel and were told that its good that it was only the towel taken away and not other stuff.

HungaryYou have to hunt for a locker in your room because the keys lost. The lockers are very noisy, at night you wakes everybody up. I didn't get key for the room, but my roommates got, so I asked for one and got it but after very long conversation why I need. But they said please don't lock the room. The reception guy speaks English hardly but you will understand each other some way. No problem with Polish and Russian language. 2 toilet and 2 shower (1 is out of use) for all men, when the hostel is on full you probably have to wait long. Toilet flusher is broken but working. Soap is not always reloaded for days. No power socket for every bed, you have to hunt for one all day at other beds. No lamp or shelf for the beds. Beds are comfortable but very noisy, if you climb up or turn everyone hears it. Curtains are white so the sun really goes in the room. There is a garden with a gardener, nice flowers, sunbath seats, but it is locked and not allowed to go there.
They clean once a day everything so no problem with hygiene. Room is nice and clean, bed is comfortable, one table with 3 chairs. Kitchen well equipped (cooker, water boiler, sandwich oven, microwave, blender/robot mixer, pots, plates, glasses etc.) Nice chairs, tables, TV, DVD player. Some free stuff in the kitchen like tea, cocoa, oil, salt, sugar. I saw one hairdryer on the reception and also two iron. Reception helps you if you have a question/request.

Ukraine1. There's little space to store a bag inside the room. Which is partially understandable as it's a 10-bed room, but still. 2. A locker near the bed is made out of metal and is pretty loud, creaky. So when you crawl cautiously to your bed coming in the middle of the night and trying not to wake up anybody (of the rest 9 people in the room), opening/closing the locker will be a challenge. 3. The mattress is pretty comfortable, but the bed itself is shaky. So when I turned around on the upper level, the person downstairs would feel it and vice versa. 4. There's no dedicated power socket for each bed. So although I kindly received an extra plug extension, when I came back at night trying to plug in my phone there, I found that the extension was unpluged from the main socket by a crazy lady downstairs. So I had to wake everybody up trying to get my extension plugged back in. 5. There's only 1 men's toilet (may be 2, but the other one was always locked). For so many people it got a bit uncomfortable at times, when you had to wait.
Caring and polite personnel, cozy waiting area near the reception with a couch, awesome kitchen with everything you might need to cook a breakfast, get to know fellow travellers or send some emails.

PolandThey asked for key deposit as 20 zl, they returned it when you move out. We don’t know about it,so keep in mind that you also need a cash for it. Also it was some problem with booking. In total,we made two different reservations for different dates, and when we came, made payment for first reservation, they cancelled it in Booking. Our first, already payment reservation cancelled in booking.…Actually this is the second one,so we could leave a feedback now… Till didn’t know why it’s happened, but also keep in mind.
It’s actually okey, specially if you planing to stay here only for nights. We spent most of day at city,so it was okey for us. There were few showers, kitchen with all amenities and also separate bathroom. Owners is Ukraine couple( I think so,maybe wrong),but also speak Russian and English. So if you are come abroad, they will help you. I would recommend this place as good lodging for night. Next time, for sure will think about this place.

LithuaniaWell, the sound isolation was not the best. Luckily, during our stay the hostel wast very overcrowded and our room was located the last in the corridor, so we had only 1 shared wall but the main sound was coming from the shared corridor; The door of the room was constantly hitting the door frame when its closed because of the gust of wind made by others in the corridor so be aware and make some sheet of paper for the door gap when its closed for the night time(: ; Also, one should have in mind that there are one male bathroom and 1 female bathroom. The female bathroom has 2 sinks, 2 toilets and 2 showers, so women of the whole corridor will be sharing this together; The internet connection was not stable; One of the shower had draining problems; The location is great if you are willing to use a tram or walk around the area but the future resident should know that the tram is basically the only way to reach the exact place since the location is quite far from the city center and at the end of the Praga district. But going by trams the reaching of the city center should take not more than 20-30 minutes; The hostel is at the same building as the hospital so it would be nice if the information how to reach the exact corner of the building would have been explained better; Lastly, you probably won't be able to leave your luggage if you are coming too early for the check-in required by the host. Unaware of that, we came 3 hours prior to the official checking-in time (although, the booking.com site allowed us to choose a comfortable time of arrival and inform the host), so we came to the door of the hostel and pressed ''call'' button. When the host answered and we asked if we can leave the luggage, the he said only one sentence: ''the check-in is at 3 p.m.'' and hung up. Then we rang again he did not answered at all. We were quite shocked by this kind of rude manners but the rest of the further interaction was ok.
Really close to the tram stop. Very clean. The hostel is in one of the most interesting and beautiful neighborhood of Warsaw - Praga and one of it's sights - Bazylika (Sanktuarium) Rzymskokatolicka pw. Najświętszego Serca Jezusowego - is just across the street.

Germany1 shower was malfunctioning. As soon as you turned it to hot, water turned to yellow. We just used the next one then. My Mother, sister and her daughter stayed at Cloud Hostel and I was only there with my boyfriend for checking them in. If you can't speak Polish or Ukrainian, the check-in can seem a little bit rough or unfriendly due to lack of communication possibilities. But they are really friendly!
Booked it for my family: Nice 3-bed room. Lockable from the inside. If you are not afraid of old Eastern European Walls which give you a free time travel, you are at the right spot. :) You have a nice view from the room to the church next door. You share a kitchen with the landlords/owner and the other guests, which has everything you need. Landlords were really friendly despite the fact that they cannot speak English :). Even gave my little niece something sweet ♥ Every time when I visited my family there, the landlords were friendly and always greeted me! Also you have diagonally from the hostel the tram station with 2 tram lines which go via "Dworzec Wschodni" (Warsaw East Railway Station) to the Downtown. What do you want more? I would book it again.
