Very nice clean hotel in great location , choice of indoor and outdoor swimming pools , kids loved it ! The location is great , few minutes walk from old town . Highly recommended!

That swimming pool had specific hours to be open.

It was a great experience, the pool inside and outside on hot days was amazing. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the river. When there was a full moon, it was so romantic to sit on the balcony and enjoy the cool night. The bar was fully equipped with professional staff, the bartender created a special drink of gin with lavender for us. I highly recommend

Nothing to fault at all!

A wonderful hotel in a fantastic location; on the river and right next to the old walled town. The swimming pools, the spa, the bar, and the restaurant were all superb. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river, and the bed was really comfortable.

The walk-in shower, which always leaves a wet bathroom floor. The comfort of the bed.

pillows were terrible tiny and they were foam asked the cleaners if they had feather ones but was told no the other negative was there was no iron in the room i find this very extraordinary as this was a 4 star hotel these were the only two negatives

the 2 swimming pools were excellent dinning and bar were excellent our room overlooking the pool was fantastic

Rooms not clean. They didn’t change the sheets and not once my balcony was cleaned. Cans and bottles on the balcony from previous customers, spiders and webs. My balcony door was not cleaned once lots of fingerprints. For that amount of money i will never stay there again.

Parking was overpriced.

Great location with easy access to the Old Town. Excellent breakfast with plenty of food and attentive service. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Two swimming pools were available, but we didn't have time to try it.

Cannot think of anything really. Maybe a small thing but could do with maybe few more toiletries like separate shampoo and conditioner and box of tissues. Maybe still water along with sparkling water. But just my thoughts.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. Second time I have been. Will be back for sure. Room is very spacious overlooking the stunning river. Very comfortable bed. Pool very chilled serving drinks and snacks.. Ironing room a nice touch. Breakfast my favourite, delicious array of salads and hot food plus unlimited prossecco a lovely touch. Salt restaurant amazing next time I go will try the 5 course taster menu. Cant wait to return.

The duvet was rather small, didn’t quite cover the bed, battle of the duvet! Also whilst there was tea and coffee in the room, there was no milk

Noice awful other clients.

I was three about two years and three months ago. I loved that place, that time it was really peaceful and I have dinner in your restaurant. But now they where really noise awful people and I have to stay only in hotel room. I arrived to your hotel 11 a.m and now I could visit in Old town of Torun, which I love really much.
