There were no more welcome drinks in the rooms - Coca Cola and beer, as it was during the 7 years we have been visiting this hotel, few parking spaces, one of the lifeguards is unpleasant to guests, a year ago we had the same experience

Breakfast was superb - great buffet selection. Evening a la carte menu in restaurant was very good choice and of high quality. Room overlooking stream, quiet, clean and comfortable bed. Facilities: swimming , bowling, pool etc all brilliant. Location and building very pretty

Water in the swimming pool especially for the smallest guests should be warmer.

Breakfast was really good and with a lot of choices. We had junior suite so vey comfortable, spa - we were just before the winter holiday season, so water was not so warm in the babies pool, but once weekend approached they warm it up... not nice..

We would expect a separate hair shampoo and conditioner, not just a all-in-one shower gel. The toilet paper could be softer.

A luxurious stay in a great location, close to the ski-resort and Krynica. All of the staff was very kind, friendly and helpfull. Very comfortable and spatious rooms. Truly delicious kitchen to keep your tummy satisfied all day long. Breakfast buffet with extremely wide selection of the most delicious meals. Free ski-shuttle service, wellness area, fitness gym...this hotel offers a wide variety of services and activities, too many to name them all in this paragraph.

We accidentally ordered one room in a building without a connecting corridor, the price was the same as for a room in a building connected to the main building... We wanted to live close to each other, they gave us such an opportunity at reception, but of course in that building with no connecting corridor.... Although hotel was definitely not full, in the sauna area there were warnings and instructions only in Polish, I would appreciate sauna sheets as it is in other wellness hotels, quite annoying gentleman at reception at the entrance to the pools it was uncomfortable to hear creaking and movement from the room above our room When leaving the hotel, they gave a small gift in the form of a snack, they did it for a couple of years, they don't do it anymore

The parking… our room (building 9) was over 400m away from the main building where the parking was. We had to drag the suitcases in the snow. We we offered norther parking at gate 3. Do not take it. It is much further than on the map provided at the reception. The hotel should improve this situation. Pool area was cold… both water and air

Very nice location and staff. I have a present from the hotel for my birthday, it was very pleasant, thank you very much! Very nice and varied buffet breakfast, everything was tasty and fresh. There are a lot of entertainments for kids, we have enough time for relaxation, while our kid was under supervision:)

The pizza in the Italian restaurant is not Italian pizza, it looks like fast food. Big variety of meat in the breakfast, and almost no fish (for those who don't eat meat)

The air conditioning in the room would randomly switch off over night, several times. The choice of food for for breakfast is a little different to typical UK choices but quality is good and there are lots of options. The restaurant can get really busy at peak times. Parking is a real challenge, there simply isn't enough space for cars in the main car parks close to the hotel but, we were given a remote control keyfob to access car park 3 at the very top of the grounds, which meant we always had somewhere to park.

Lovely hotel in a lovely location. Plenty of space and well equipped room. Lots of great facilities to use too. There are also some shops very close by for buying food, drinks, milk, etc. The room has a fridge but it was quite small. The walkways between buildings allow you to access most areas without getting wet if it is raining.
