Nothing, I had a terrible experience.

The situation was unacceptable. I was unable to enter, as the hostel door was taped shut, the phone number was crossed out, and a note stated ‘out of service.’ As a result, I was forced to find alternative accommodation and I lost money

Location is fantastic, view from room No 5 was amazing. As well as the price. All other were negatives :)

- intensive smell of cheap chemicals/soap in common areas (next day I realised it was to cover heavy smoking consequences from smokers) - bed mattrasses must be from ancient times, as metal springs were on top, ready to touch you body through thin sheet :) - no conditioning, so if the window is open, noise from street is coming - everything is like back from previous century, worn out. - 5 rooms in this floor share single small toilet and single small shower, both in my personal opinion, not cosy. Imagine in the morning all want to shower... Other than that, very good price!

Close to the train station

I booked this place only because it was near the station and we needed somewhere for a few hours between trains. I was travelling with my daughter and honestly, I didn’t think hostels like this still existed. Filthy, loud, and completely unmanaged. Within minutes we realised it was a mistake. Drunk people shouting in the corridors all night, doors slamming, zero respect for other guests—and no staff to be seen. We were genuinely scared to stay and ended up leaving at 5am, exhausted and stressed. The worst part? After we left, they falsely accused us of damaging a mattress. We barely touched it—we didn’t even sleep properly because of the chaos. Either it’s a scam, or they’ve completely lost control of the place. This was a truly horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, not even for an hour. Spend a little more and avoid this nightmare.

There is very good I like it and I want today also

It was hard to get inside as the electronic lock didn't work. Some ladies came to check in, too, and called the operator. It turned out the passcode they sent was wrong. Also, there was no toilet paper!!!

Our money was just wasted. We paid without being able to go inside.

No key !! I couldn't go in my room , couldn't reach any owner by mail or phone

Very dificult to enter the property ,nobody in receprion, called the phone number on the entrance and the one indicated on the reservatiion for help but no reply. I risked to sleep out on street.. I will never stay in this place again.

Only location central

The iron of the beds had come off, it was so bad that I couldn't sleep. I booked a new hotel and left this place 5 minutes after I got into bed. Total disappointment

The location of the hostel was excellent, right in the Newtown area, very central. The rooms were average in terms of cleanliness, and there were no mirrors inside the rooms. Bathrooms are shared. Overall, it’s a place suitable for those who don’t have high expectations and are just looking for somewhere to rest. I stayed for two nights with a female friend while visiting Warsaw from Lithuania. The beds weren’t very comfortable and the furniture was old, but since we were only there to sleep and didn’t spend much time in the room, it was okay. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place in a central location, this place could work well.

Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy our stay very much. Although the location was great, the overall experience was disappointing. The rooms were not very clean, and there were no mirrors inside. The beds were uncomfortable and the furniture was quite old. The shared bathrooms were not well-maintained, and it felt a bit unhygienic at times. We only stayed two nights and used the room just for sleeping, but even for a short stay, the comfort level was low. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless your only concern is location and you’re on a very tight budget.

High floor, bathroom and restroom, the door to the apartment were hard to unlock from the outside

The hostel is super close to all the cool stuff. You can walk everywhere!

It’s on the great location.

I didn’t like it because they made me sleep outside because after I followed the instructions how to get the keys , there were no keys inside the box , and I called the lady she’s wasn’t helpful, she said there’s nothing she can do ,yet I had all proof of payment, the owners look like a scammer, I have the evidence and I want my money back , because I had to stay outside for the whole night

The owner looks like a scammer because she was not helpful, when I couldn’t find my keys to my room number 4 which I had booked , and she wasn’t helpful, She ended up not answering my calls, so I had to spend the whole night outside

The staff never sent us an email about how to get into the hostel (there is no desk staff) so we called the number attached to the booking. The person on the phone was clearly drunk and told us it was our own fault and we definitely got the email telling us how to get in (it was 11 at night in sub zero temperatures). She hung up on us 8 times then an hour later suddenly we get the email how to get in! This place is a scam and deserves no business.

All good. A bit simple and some pictures seemed to be a bit overdone compared to reality.
