Very nice historic building in the middle of the beautiful old town, easy check-in, very helpful staff. In spite of being on the main square it was quiet.

Location

Beds too short

Location of the apartment is very central. Our apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast in a cafe next door. We could leave our luggage at the property before check in and after check out.

Location of the apartment is not only blessing, but a curse as well: it is very noisy even with all window closed, street musicians playing with loud speakers until midnight. I will hate guitar music for the next couple of years:).

The location is great

The room is small, the beds are very tiny and small, also there is no lift so you have to use the stairs with your heavy bags by yourself to get to your room.

No breakfast the location right at the old town where all the old buildings are located. Dom Schumannów is a historical building. The only problem no elevator.

No elevator you have to wa K up the stairs.

It's like living in museum in the plane city center. Experience that goes side by side with the rest of the travel.

The Dluga street itself is pretty loud - tourists and locals spending their time in the bars and making noise up to the sunrise.

The hotel is very well located and preserved. The room has a beautiful classical style. It’s very beautiful. The room is clean and comfortable. Great with pets. The view from the rooms is fantastic.

Everything was very good. There’s nothing we didn’t like.

Air condition, longer beds. Noisy at Friday night, you can hear musik from neiborhood restaurants.

This is a difficult place to rate. The staff were lovely, the place traditional, a large room, lovely squishy pillows, clean, BUT...

People said the location is excellent. No, it is central. Too central. From late morning until the early hours, there is noise. Not just low voices or people walking, but terrible street musicians/entertainers who compete in volume and bad taste, plus drunks late/early. Couldn't sleep, even with windows closed and earplugs jn

Its a monument house and we liked its history and also the location is just perfect for travel ! Also it was a beautiful hotel with really good staff

They didnt provide liquid hand soap in the toilet

For the location I'd give it an 11 if I could. Right across the town hall and neptune fountain, can't be any better. it's a bit hard to find as their signage is super small, but definitely worth it. the rooms are really nice, too, would surely go there again

nothing, all perfect

The breakfast in the cafe next door was great and the staff friendly. The location was perfect for sightseeing and the railway station. The fact that the hotel is also a tourist nformation centre was an added bonus.

It was great. There was a problem with one of the shower doors, but it will be fixed by now.

The breakfast was amazing, and it was RIGHT in the middle of the city centre! The room was very spacious, and the furnituring was beautiful as well.

Personally we didn't mind, but it can get very noisy into the night, it quiets down around 1-2 am, sometimes later, since people outside are drinking and dancing and playing music and having fun. So just a heads up to anyone that isn't a heavy sleeper.

Could sometimes hear the other guests, when open and closing the doors etc. Not the thickest wall.
