The coffee machine was slow and a queue built up.

The 24-hour reception was good. The single lift worked like a dream! The breakfast was outstanding with the additional provision of cooked-to-order hot dishes. The location was within walkable distance of the historic centre. The hotel ordered a taxi for our arrival and departure.

Comfortable beds and great shower. Breakfast was amazing, as a vegetarian it was great to have so many fruit and salad options available to start the day.

Great hotel in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean throughout hotel. Great room. Good breakfast with a selection of cold meats, cheeses,etc. Hot dishes cooked freshly when ordered off the menu. Would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't leave bedroom windows open because of road noise.....a minor irritation..

Being on the street meant that it was impossible to sleep with an open window due to the noise of the cars. The staff kindly gave us an airconditioned room but the filters of the a/c must have needed cleaning as we could not stop coughing once we switched it on.

Location is excellent. It is near enough to the centre that you can go by walk and arrive in 10 minutes, but it is away from the chaos of the loud music and young people on a friday evening. We were very thankful for this distance as we were shocked that Wroclaw allowed so much rowdiness in the weekends with not a policeman in sight. The hotel was blissfully quiet though. I would go there again.

I was on the top floor with a room facing the main road sometimes it was noisy from the emergency sirens.

The hotel was within easy walking distance to the Old Town and other tourists attractions.

Everything was great, only the pillow were not great for me

Great hotel, close to the city center and only 20 min with the bus to the main train station. Lovely and helpful staff. Great breakfast: besides the buffet you have the option to chose from the menu (omelette, bancon, pancakes, waffle etc)

Missing fridge and no unloading zone for guests. It is on busy street and stopping by car or taxi is next to impossible. Had to walk distance with language.

I was a little bit underwhelmed by the breakfast options but still good.

I liked almost everything about this hotel. It was recently renovated, so everything is new and sparkling. Bed was comfortable. Location was good-about 10 min walk from the city centre.

It's on a street busy with traffic and all the rooms are street-facing

Easy walk to the town square in one direction and to local park along the river in the other Friendly staff Very spacious room and super comfortable bed and pillows, high standard of cleanliness for the room and the shower Great choice for breakfast - fabulous cold buffet and also a menu of hot options
