The breakfast was set up as a buffet style and easy to use. There was plenty of space to sit, it was nice and clean and their was plenty of food choices available. The room was lovely and more than met my needs. I especially like the shower facilities, the comfortable bed and movable TV. Wifi easy to use and available

Perhaps on the busy Sunday morning breakfast was a little hectic. Too many guests arriving for breakfast and no where to sit. No complaints otherwise.

Spotlessly clean and still looking very new, well laid out. Lovely helpful staff. Great accommodation. Large room. Quality furniture and layout. We were very impressed. Good breakfast.

Our food for the baby in the room disappeared before we checked out. Cleaners just threw it out. All I got for "sorry for the mistake" at the reception.

Unfortunately, despite the positive experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. At check-in, the hotel blocked the full amount for our stay (1,650 PLN), and then at check-out, the same amount was charged again. The problem is that the blocked funds were never released, which means that instead of 1,650 PLN, a total of 3,300 PLN was taken from my account. The hotel insists this is the bank’s responsibility, but my bank confirmed that the hotel has not released the blocked amount. It is really disappointing, because the stay itself was very enjoyable, but this situation with double charging and the refusal to take responsibility has overshadowed the whole experience.

Maybe the parking deal should be more transparent (75 zlotys per 24h and limited space).

A great place between an apartment and a hotel, clean and lovely to hang in and work when necessary. We really loved it and thinking about coming back. Free access washing machine in the hotel! Very convenient.

Absolutely everything. From the time we checked in, staff were exceptional, including cleaning staff. A particular mention of Oliwia, who is such an asset to the hotel. She showed a genuine interest in the guests and went above and beyond to help us with an issue we encountered. Marigold shopping centre is an easy 8 minute walk away. The hotel is next to the train station, and if you walk under the railway and across the park, you will reach a tram stop which takes you to the old town. A bonus if you are over 65 is that tram and rail is free. Just carry your ID. Across that intersection and next to MacDonald's, there is also a small deli and chemist. The hotel was spotless, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. There is also a laundry room for guests. A real gem for Wroclaw. We highly recommend Element by Westin.

There is not much to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel except the huge mega shopping mall 1K away.

Great new hotel, superb breakfast, extremely comfortable bed, well presented room with more than adequate facilities in the kitchen section. Short walking distance of the airport bus and trams into the centre.

We liked everything!

I had a lovely stay here with my 2 grandchildren, aged 2 and 4. The room was very clean and comfortable, with the BEST pillows I have ever experienced! There was a nice outdoor area to have meals and drinks, and it was close enough to sites in the city and the airport. The staff were very helpful and friendly (thank you Oliwia and the nice young gentleman who helped me with a very rude taxi driver) I would definitely stay here again when I am back in Poland.

The hotel is located conveniently, has large and clean rooms, great facilities and polite staff. The parking is wonderful, and included services like gym and bike rent are great. Overall - a very good option for its budget. L

The water pressure in the shower in all four of the rooms our group had booked was quite low.

The rooms were lovely and clean, well presented and nicely decorated. They felt homely but modern. The TV which flips around so you can watch from either the bed or the sofa was a great feature! Beds were incredibly comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well which was great as it was very hot during our visit. The staff were helpful and the breakfast had a good selection (typical European continental- breads, meats, cheese, scrambled eggs). Great location for events at Tarcynski area (only a short taxi, e-scooter, or the train station is right next door).

Breakfast was identical everyday, but nevertheless vast of options to choose from.

Amazing new hotel. Spacious rooms with a separate TV and table for laptop/meetings. Room has a mini kitchen, a living room that has a rotating tv that you can either watch from couch or bed. Next to the business district and 10min (5€) taxi drive to city center. Highly recommended.

Fantastic modern room, with great kitchenette. Extremely well designed room with plenty of storage space and comfortable bed and sofa. Plenty of choice at breakfast, and the meal we had in the restaurant in the evening was delicious. Lovely friendly staff. Very good location, with the Mikolajow train station across the road (can't hear the trains as soundproofing is good), and tram stop just beyond that. Easy to get into the city centre, and convenient for the airport, buses and Magnolia Park shopping centre. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The only issue that we found was the WiFi connection. We had some work things to do during our stay and the connection was unstable and rather slow (15 Mb/s). So that was unfortunate and inconvenient. And there were no other options for WiFi.

It was a great hotel with big bright rooms with everything necessary for our stay. We had access to free breakfasts which were filling and diverse. 24 laundry room was available to us as well.

A some sort of gym would've been nice, the stretch area is right next to reception. Unless you are an attention seeker, you'll struggle to find yourself excirsizing there.

The water pressure could be better in my opinion, and they only clean the rooms every three days, butI think that if you request it, they may sort out any issue that you may have. The room was clean and I stayed only 3 nights so it was okay for me. So I do recommend it.

Really nice hotel with nice facilities and friendly and helpful staff. Parking available for 75 Polish zloty per day, and 3 minutes away of a train station that is one stop away from central Wroclaw. Nice breakfast and warm staff.
