Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

UkraineLocation is somewhat secluded. That's good as it ensures quiet neighbourhood and perfect sleep but remember it's placed on a hill and you should be a good driver to get there by car or a healthy hiker to come on foot.
You will be in awe if you stay here. Literally everything there is perfect. Books available to read, games to play, bikes to ride.

PolandRestaurant could be better organized - bit too long awaiting time for service where almost no person was there. No typical snacks available (like: nuts, chips etc). More flexible availability to order massage (e.g morning i booked sauna and asked to get masage just after - what was not posiible, since the person who perform massage worked on call basis and couldnt come at that time)
Hotel is good value for money. Rooms were ok with very comfortable beds. Brekfast ok. Dinner could be more riched. Sauna is nice but I think that whole spa could be organited in more optimal way. View very nice from the windows (at lest form my rooms)

The location would be perfect for a ski trip, the breakfast was really good and staff nice and helpful. Price for the stay has been reasonable :)

United KingdomSet in a beautiful location in the mountains, staff were always well-mannered and helpful, recommending things to do and eat in the area. The breakfast and dinner were traditional Polish and good quality. It is even dog friendly. I am sure that in the winter months it is even more beautiful. Very happy to stay here again and highly recommended.
