How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Verified reviewGreat hotel in a lovely area, hotel was extremely clean with lots of food choices, but if your the type of person that only eats burger and chips etc you might struggle. You definitely won't be disappointed going here, wish we booked more days here.
My daughter sometimes struggled at dinner time as she cannot eat milk products, but we always found some things for her.
Thank you for sharing your wonderful feedback! We’re delighted that you enjoyed the hotel, the beautiful surroundings and the wide variety of meals. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you for an even longer stay next time!

Verified reviewOur stay in the hotel was lovely, we especially enjoyed the waterpark with spa area( saunas and salt room) , I liked the conference that I attended. Great selection of food choices ( I even had massless), even my gluten free daughter was able to choose some meals , she is usually a very fussy eater. Thank you very much to the restaurant manager for a personal pack of gluten free cookies. However for a very fussy eater is probably better to try a green restaurant with even more personal approach. Our stay was extended by 3 hrs as a bonus free of charge, that meant more water park experience, which is very much appreciated. We also loved bowling.
Well , sleeping on sofa was not very comfortable for me as I am quite tall ( also my daughters are rather tall, so would have probably had the same problem), but it was still acceptable. Beds seemed to be comfortable , my daughters did not complain.
Thank you very much for such a detailed and positive opinion. We are very pleased that you had a successful stay in our hotel. We also thank you for your honest comments regarding the sofa - they are very valuable to us and will help us to further improve the comfort of our guests. We hope that we will have the pleasure of hosting you again soon.

Verified reviewI have choosen this hotel mainly because of our 2year old son. So has few amenities to kids such as: Baby cot, stairs for to reach the bathroom sink, kids pool (with warm water, approx 35C). What our son enjoyed was to run there and back between sand room (big sand room directly next to kids pool) and kids pool. The playground for kids at level 1 was very good (big and suits kids between 1-4years),also there is slightly smaller kids play area at level 2. Kids food provided at their kids restaurant - buffet (opening from 12-13:30 and after from 16:00-17:30), could be opened earlier as our son went to sleep at 12:00). There are always 2different soups to choose, main dish, veggies, desserts, pop corn, drinks, etc.
The draft in pool area while entering and constant draft in a main restaurant. At the main buffet dinner they do not cater for kids (could add some basic dishes like spagety, kids cuttleries, cup, etc). Otherwise the buffet is OK, nothing outstanding with regards to dishes, I honestly expected bit better if I compare to other 4* hotels in Poland. Swimming pools area doesn't have any really hot pool (max 36C in whirpools). The water slides can be used from age 12,so if you plan the holiday mainly for younger kids than 12years, be avare that they can't use the water slides if they are under 12years old. Parking extra charge - 50zloty/day.

Verified reviewWe liked customer service, very professional and helpful
The hotel overall is really nice but the swimming pool is not in a good condition. The billiard room is awful... old tables, no music, and overall a gloomy atmosphere.

Verified reviewBig hotel in nice location near Wisła main market.
We mainly came for aquapark so that my kids (9 and 10) could spend time. It was a huge disappointment that water slides are not allowed for kids under 12 years. My kids were extremely disappointed. Interior of hotel is outdated, rooms look old, hairdryer was suport inconvenient; no spoons. You have to pay for parking and renting the bathrobes. No slippers. We have halfboard, not bad for me but not very adapted for children. If you want to ski, you need to drive. Generally, I believe you can get better value for money in this region.

Verified reviewReally liked the Waterpark facilities, it's amazing 👏🏻 also the food is really good
You have to pay separately for parking... usually in hotels that are 3+ stars the parking is included Also, it was hard to find drinking water anywhere (except the breakfast place)
