Really nice place to visit with family. Nice staff, good facilities. When will they add a jacuzzi to the spa area it will be perfect. The Loft restaurant is really value for money! Chef and his crew really do exceptionally good work in the kitchen.

The sleep quality was not so good because of the bad mattress and not good air conditioning system

The very green area next to the river is perfect for a walk in the woods with a dog. Also, the EV charger next to the hotel made the trip very convenient for our trip

View from balcony was to building constructions, buildings started at 7am every day. Personel at the bar could be more as we had to wait long for order or pay.

Nice, calm place very close to mountain hiking trails. Very good food. Staff was friendly, but not all spoke in english. Good place to spend time with family, relax.

The staff don't speak English, it was some times hard to understand what we are asking. The last evening there was no enough food in the hotel's restaurant, we had to find another place for dinner

The wellness zone has a bit of an unpleasant vibe - the cold lightning, sports-hall-like atmosphere is not really fitting to the wellness style in my personal view. Single Finnish sauna, in which the temperature could be higher. Also, other users would enter the sauna in flippers and wet swimming suits.

Very nice location, a room with a balcony and an interesting view through the big windows. Breakfast was served in a spacey restaurant with lots of windows, excellent food quality and choice.

We were given a room for the handicapped which meant our small children kept pressing the alarm buttons and our shower head was at 160 cm height which was annoying. The shower was not separated by anything therefore an anti slip mat is essential - I slipped and severely bruised my finger due to this. I reported it to reception and asked for medical assistance but was coolly waved away. Also I didn't appreciate the parking fee of 30 PLN/day which I was informed applied only to booking.com customers - a bit annoying. The location was a bit out of the way - a good drive was needed to get anywhere.

Lovely roomy hotel with superb breakfast. Swimming pool and wellness center was a huge added bonus. Our dog was half price dus to its small size. For two evenings a week there was fabulous animation for small children which was greatly appreciated. The hotel restaurant served very tasty food and the service there was lovely.

Staff at the reception does not speak english. Pool area looks a bit worn out.

poor breakfast and the staff was not specially nice. i was Third time in this hotel and I first time i had to pay extra for the parking and the room was incredibly small.

The toaster didn't work all the time. But that's all. We had no feather comments.

Every morning we had a very nice and delicious buffet breakfast. You could choose between different kind of breads, even gluten free if you asked for that, yoghurts, juices, eggs, sausages, quiches, coffee etc.

Reception was below hotel standart. From dress-style of receptionist to mess on table (some list of papers everywhere), to small chaos, …chance to improve 👍

A sofa was with old dirty spots. Extremely bad coffee during the breakfast (all two mornings as we have stayed). There isn't a towel heater in the bathrooms, so we couldn't dry our swimming suits and towels after their usage.

Good and nice location, all around mountains. Great that we could stay with a dog with no additional fee and got a free big parking as well. Big, normal room and comfortable bathroom. Very silent location. A swimming pool area was simple, but cozy and warm with not a bright light - was possible to relax. There is no hot tub, so it's very great that water was not so cold (~31 degrees) in the swimming pool. Good size of it. I also remember a big assortment of different cheese in the breakfast.

Firstly, they gave us room facing portable toilet and construction site. We had to ask for a new room. We were „lucky”, as staff said it, that there was one room with the view left.

1. Reception staff very unpleasant, definitely need training, perhaps better conditions, there is clearly a problem there. 2. No other way but through main hall to get to the wellness area from the rooms which is rather inconvinient. 3. Transport to the ski slops from the hotel is problematic, hotel doesn't offer any for guests.

Great restaurant menu, very tasty dishes, good wine selection. Nice staff there too. Large swimming pool. Clean, modern rooms. Great views from the balkony.

There was an extremely loud ventilation exhaust right below our windows. When we asked what exactly was it and did it at least turn off at night (as it turns out it doesn't), the lady at the reception said it wasn't any of her business and we shouldn't bother her. The next day we complained about it to another lady and she was shocked by her colleague's behavior and offered us free massages (which we didn't take). And while she seemed sincere in her apologies (for her colleague, not for the loud exhaust), this didn't help us sleep at night. I realize this is for warmth and ventilation, but you can't build like this.

-Prices -Paid parking -Every morning same breakfast -A lot of people in swimming pool -No spa - only 1 sauna -There is no gym - only machines without any weights -No radiators - only clima -Dinners too expensive = 25€ per person is sick for Poland. -Stuff there barely speak english - only polish. -Cleaning lady removed some stuffs from room when we was not there, and which was not classified as a trash. -Breakfast could be from 7:00 -For 4 star hotel there is nothing to play with as example - small tenis table, proper gym, biliard, ... -For 6 days and 2 people they gave you 2 toilet papers rolls and 2 ear cleaning sticks. -After 3 days of stay half of the sockets stopped working without any reason. - so we had only 3 sockets available which was behind the drawers and TV socket didn't worked either. -Coffee machine didn't work for 2 days. -If you want to take coffee from breakfast to your room, you have to paid for this. -Minibar - also have to pay. -Massage prices there was too expensive for poland. 25 minutes- 20€. Compare with Germany that's too much. -If you want bathrobe you have to pay daily 4€ for 1 piece - which have to be for free in 4 star hotel.

-Location -Quite environment. -Breakfast taste good. -Shower was big and comfy. -Comfortable bed and mattress. -Big shelfs and drawers for your personal stuff. -Card locking doors. -Location to Szczyrk ski resort was near.
