Lovely location. We've had dinner at the restaurant and the food was beautiful. Steak was perfection. The soft play corner was a savour. What a fab idea! Lovely breakfast buffet.

I wasn’t too keen on the smell coming out of the shower drainage, especially at night. Not sure if this was my room only or everywhere but this was really off putting. Also, no AC which would be a bonus and very small pool which was hard to enjoy with 2 kids jumping, not really possible to swim. Water too cold to soak. But sauna was very nice and relaxing.

The location is perfect, the stuff super nice and friendly and very helpful, and breakfasts were just too tasty to leave the restaurant! All was fresh and very tasty, whole variety of dishes, fruit and coffee also super tasty.

The staff were very friendly and helpful; I left my charger in the room, and it was returned to me without any trouble. We stayed during the winter, and the view of the lake from our side balcony was lovely. Quite good food in the restaurant - really very nice breakfast buffet - and it was possible to buy honey and nalewka from the bar as a souvenir. Close to the center of the village as well.

Pool is very shallow, so really just suitable for kids. U won't be able to properly swim in there. Also there were no electric sockets at all on one side of the bed or by the table for the kettle. Had to charge the phone or put in a kettle in the TV socket.

Great location, nice for a walk in town or near the lake. Great breakfast in the morning, with big glasses and cup for drinks, whilst in other hotels u get tiniest glasses and cups and have to go to refill loads of times. There are toilet brushes which is great, because they are hard to find in other European hotels. All in all, great hotel.

The cleanliness of bathroom was poor, there was mold in shower. Breakfast was more or less fine,but could be better.

The walls of the rooms were very thin, so you could hear a lot of noise from the corridors. The restaurant staff does not speak English.

I traveled with my sister. We are both originally from Mragowo. We had to travel for our sister's funeral so it was a sad occasion and so we did not go above and beyond in trying all the accessories from the hotel. We did hope the twin beds would be "separate" or further apart but we managed. The pillows were small, I should have asked for another but I did not. The mattress was on the hard side but overall the room was warm and cozy. The beautiful nature from the balcony made up for everything.

Room size and breakfast was more than adequate. The breakfast options were plentiful. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The coffee delicious.

We enjoyed our stay and would like to share just few wishes: it would be nice to have slippers and bathrobes in the room to go comfortably into the pool and sauna area, and dry sauna wasn't hot enough.

This was our second visit of the hotel and again were more then satisfied with the trip. Managers and staff were helpful and hospitable. Our room was well equipped with fridge, kettle and cups, coffee and tea, water, glasses, shower accessories. We also booked a Sylwester party that was good organized: a varied menu, buffet with snacks to suit all tastes, cosy and festive atmosphere, photo area and decorations, music and dancing. There were lots of people of different ages and everyone was dancing and having fun. The second day was very enjoyable in the pool and sauna.

SPA was useless - it was the only reason to book this place to have fun time with the kid. Despite stating that temperature is 32 in the SPA the actual measurement was 29. Water in the pool was very cold without active flow and heating at all. Steamed sauna smelled bad like never cleaned. Also, despite cold weather the heating in the room did not work.

Location is great. Lake view is amazing. Restaurant interior is great.

The blinds/curtains are not black out so by 4am the room was completly bright!!! Rooms were very very hot despite no heating being on and the pillows were so uncomfortable I had to ask for more.

It was great to have a pool with a slide. Brekfast was good with a lot of tasty choices. The staff were so helpful and kind. Location is beautiful, right on the lake. Rooms are very clean, so are common areas and the pool.

The building is old and not maintained good. You can feel the wind blowing from the windows, that makes heating very high and make the air very dry during colder seasons. The doors and locks are very laud and walls are very bad soundproofing. Nobody clean in baby's play room, my child found an old bottle of juice in the pool of balls and many pepper trashes after candies. The price is too high compared to the quality of the hotel.
