A very good place if you’re tired after driving and just need to rest for the night. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and there’s even a sauna (although I was too tired to try it). The restaurant had reasonable prices and the breakfast was very good.

No real complaints – overall, a fair price-quality ratio.

We arrived late at night and were welcomed by the staff without any issues. The breakfast was ok. The location is perfect, and the parking was very convenient.

The availability of free parking (but limited spaces). Huge room. Nice view. Restaurant for dinner was nice, with good service and pretty tasty food.

The room has windows to the pool (with a currain, but still..why). There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Uncomfy white lightning. Very dark bathroom. Very poor breakfast. Very expensive considering the quality of breakfast and bathroom condition.

The hotel is run down. The rooms are old and the bathrooms are even older and not clean. The tap was rusty and she shower clogged. The spa area is poorly maintained with dust bunnies swimming in the jacuzzi. The breakfast was awful. The vegetables were saggy and sticky — as if they were cut days before serving. Otherwise, odd selection such as jellied meat.

Unfortunately, there's no lift

The bed was quite comfy and luckily we didn't have any noisy neighbours. The breakfast was quite ok for vegetarians. We could communicate freely in English with selected personnel.

The "spa" area wasn't working at all, although the receptionist told us to freely use it. The door was kinda stuck, no lights were on, no music, sauna was turned off and both of the hot tubs were covered, with cold water. Also the water itself in them was stale with some pieces of dirt foating on top. Wouldn't have gone in them even if the room itself would have been "ready for use". The bathroom could have used renovating and a bit more cleaning. The price you pay offers too little value to be honest.

It’s our 3rd time here, so.. Effortless with the dogs. New pizza menu was very good.

The hotel is very nice and beautifully furnished with an accent on wood. The room is modern and airy but lacks any form of tea/coffee making facilities, a must in this day and age.

The greeting I received was a little er frosty. I speak zero Polish and the receptionist only had very limited English. That's something I believe is a must in her position. When I had dinner the waitress spoke far more English but when I asked for something traditional Polish she pointed to the pizza, shrugged and walked away. Not the best way to promote your country. All in all it didn't detract from the generally pleasant hotel.

The food was good. Nothing else.

We found the room missing a curtain, chair broken, knob missing of inside of shower door. Also we found the mattress broken with a hole in it. Music loud in restaurant, loud different music from kitchen. At 8 pm very load music from function under our room, this continues till 2am, the bottles being put out till 3am+. Children running up and down corridors until early hours knocking on doors and adults shouting. Unable to sleep we left hotel early. We were invisible to staff unless you waved a credit card The breakfast room was so crowded we could not have had breakfast. We were meant to have 2 nights relaxing. We understand that it has function rooms but they should refuse booking at these times or put you away in rooms from parties. We felt this room was a dumping ground for foreigners as it was extremely tired. All in all we were not welcomed...

Good breakfast, nice staff, amazing nature view, perfect location - next to the road Suwalki - Sejny. The place is clean and comfortable. Nice yard with comfy spaces outside.

Noisy neighbors, but that cannot be avoided mostly, bathroom requires a bit of love - renovation or additional thorough cleaning? Overall, a good place to stay, I will definitely come back!
