parking was too, nice location and breakfast was also nice

Sherable kitchen, free towels, mini Haribo as a gift, washing machine and tumble dryer.

A very small room which was next to the street, the smell of smoke from cigarettes, not free parking for guests, sherable bathroom and toilets, a big price for the accommodation at this standard.

Nice host

Room no. 10 (2 beds) was quite noisy because of the street traffic.

We booked a room with either a double bed or two separate single beds, but instead, we were given a bunk bed. There was no solution offered by the staff, and to make things worse, the room had a horrible smell. Overall, a very disappointing experience

They are so nice, I was struggling with my health 🤧 and needed hot ☕ TEA to relax my throat, they gave me additional cup of tea and wished me good health, I would definitely recommend staying at such nice place with really nice owners.

The property is nice. There are a fridge, tv and fan in the room. You can also borrow towels if necessary. The place is clean.

Too few bathrooms and WCs for this large quantity of people… especially uncomfortable during busy times like mornings. AC would be preferred to a fan( we stayed at the property during the heatwave).

It is great location if you want to visit zoo, Japaness garden or Hall of century. Also there is large park. Hotel is clean, staff is very kind. Breakfast was delicious.

It is near main street and it is a little bit noisy at night.

Room and bathroom were very clean👍 I liked that we could put on clean bed linen set by ourselves.

It was cosy and the staff were extremely welcoming and smiling. They speak English and make you feel like at home. It was clean and good smelling. The beds were comfortable and big. The location is good for the price, there is a tram station which you can reach the center in a matter of 14 minutes.

1-The number of shower rooms. There is very few shower rooms (I think 2) We had to wait others to shower. Also, the light was not working so I had to have a shower in dark room. Also the socket next to my bed was not functioning I needed to use other socket for charging my mobile phone.
