We enjoyed our stay overall. The property is located in a quiet area, easy to reach either by local train (covered by Interrail) or by tram (about 30 minutes). Check-in and check-out were smooth and fully contactless, which was very convenient.

We gave 9/10 because overall it was a pleasant stay, but here are some comments that could help improve: (not major, just observations) - We booked a double room but received a twin; it was fine for us but may not suit all guests. - Room No. 9 has no sign, which made it difficult to find. - Shared kitchen is directly in front of the room, which could cause noise if others cook or talk (luckily it was quiet during our stay). - Construction in our hotel started at 8:30 on our check-out day, outside of curfew hours, with noise and vibration but no advance notice from host. - Only one chair in the room, while the photos showed more seating. - Shared kitchen is very small (only two chairs), so it can get crowded at breakfast with other guests

The bed was comfortable and the price was good for one night

I wasn’t told the correct room number, so it took me a while to get inside. It was a bit hot in the room. I had also arranged for 2 twin beds and instead received One single bed

Floor platforms need a visible warning tape/marking. Easy to trip and fall when you first enter as florring and platform same wood colour. I am a heavy sleeper so some noises dont bother me, but some very light sleepers might need to get used to some pipes and building noises om other flloors. However, cannot complaint as excellent value for money. If you complain go the Hilton and spend many times more.

Room number nine has terrible single two beds, they are so light that when you turn over, they move. if you lie down in pair the base of the bed is moving apart and you fall on the floor… Terrible chip bed… and room does not coast it…Are you joking?

The provided Wi-Fi password was invalidated at 22:30 and did not work until the checkout at 10:00. I would expect some communication from the owner, if it was not an Internet-provider issue. Low water pressure in the shower.

Good location, close to the airport, good bus link to the airport, access to the kitchen where its possible to make a tea/ coffee; clean nicely decorated room, self check in so its possible to arrive even in the middle of the night, clear and straigforward instruction how to enter the building/room; although it was a small double room it was quite spacious

Terribe creaking bed, with every slightest movement it creaked, too small and flat pillows, although the heating was on it was a bit cold in the room, tiled floor makes the cooridor very noisy when somebody walks especially with a suitcase

The location is very good!

It felt like someone was constantly smoking in the apartment! The smell of cigarettes was so strong that we had to open the window for 30 minutes to get rid of it... but honestly, it didn't make the situation any better. Besides that, it turned out that the heating wasn't working, so we slept in a cold and smoking room.

Nice, clean. Easy access, very good information about check-in and finding place from the owner. Good price.

Toilet was clean

Room dirty. Bed sheets dirty and dusty. There were holes in the bed sheets. The room was too small. The table is unusable to work or to eat. Furniture were breaking in pieces. There were only two paper toilet rolls for two persons for 3 days - that’s not acceptable
