No complaints at all

The room was very comfortable with a small balcony and very comfortable bed. Reception staff were polite and efficient. Breakfast selection was excellent and the breakfast area is modern and bright. Just for information, you can walk from this hotel through the town centre to the free ferry in about 15 minutes and then walk to the large cross-Baltic ferries and rail station ( latter for train journeys within Poland). Taxi is much more expensive. The free ferry runs twice an hour.

Check in was efficient and staff friendly. Room was a good size with very comfortable beds, and very quiet. Breakfast was excellent with many choices and pleasant dining area. Reception staff were helpful with resolving our confusion about which railway station was needed for onward travel in Poland.

Good localization to train station and Swinoujscie beach. Room - clean, silent with all needs facilities. Stable and fast Wi-Fi connection. Kindly crew. Breakfast delicious with many variants. Comfy, silent room with all needs facilities (include kettle, tea/coffee and milk + 2 bottles mineral water). Fast and stable Wi-Fi connection. Very kindly crew - special thanks for receptionist for warmly hospitality. <3 Easy check-in/check-out. Delicious brekfast with many variants (sweets/salty snacks) and fish! - markrell and herring. Possible buy dinner-supper. It was fantastic last weekend AD 2024 - thank you! :-)

There was a weird smell at a corridor. It was cold in the room, not able to heat up. Location is not that close to a beach and parking has limited spaces around the hotel.

Contrary to their claim, it is impossible to access their free WiFi. The receptionist apologized, explaining it was a common problem. So, no WiFi is available until the hotel fixes the issue. You can't get past the access page which is forever loading up...

Everything you needed was provided - I liked being there. The staff very kindly spoke English and even booked a taxi cab for the next morning.

Unfortunately there were no towels during our stay due to problems, nothing the hotel could fix. We still recommend the hotel.

The location! Rent a bicycle, the best way to see Swinoujscie. The bicycle roads in the city and along the beach is really good.

Hotel situated near to public transport and train station. Nice and clean room with view on city (4th floor).
