Everything was really great, the hotel building is very nice, our room was big, quiet and clean with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The location is perfect, right next to the old town but outside busy streets, very peaceful and quiet. We stayed only for one night this time but will definitely be back.

The faulty design of the shower and tub is really dangerous and is an accident waiting to happen.

The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom. it was looking good, but there was a freestanding bathtub only, with no standing shower, so it was a challenge for me, as a person who doesn't like to sit in tubs.

It is a wonderful hotel - clean, not very crowded. Very close to the city center.

No AC, which wasn't an issue during my stay, but something to have in mind during hot summer nights. The staff didn't really feel welcoming, offered me to buy breakfast and made a strange face when I said no thank you and explained I was checking out at 3am.

Beautifully designed, clean and spacious enough room. Comfy bed. Easy check in and check out. Location ideal if you need to catch an airport bus at 3am.

The room had not air conditioning, so it was really hot at night.

I liked the hotel, the room was really big and clean, the sofa-cama was comfortable (to be a sofa-cama), the location was perfect to walk around the center of the city, and the people was very kind.

The hotel was very clean and in perfect location. Very quiet and comfortable. The supervisor room was very spacious with a fabulous bathroom. Even though it doesn’t have aircon we found the room quite cool and never needed to use the fan even when it was 30 degrees outside.

It was absolutely one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Everyone was helpful, and the rooms were gorgeous and comfortable. The hotel includes an amazing breakfast, and you cannot beat the location!

I was over for the Conference League final and it was absolutely brilliant location wise. Very close to the main square and plenty of food/drink options within 5/10min walk. Very clean and well looked after. Staff were very friendly!

I couldn't work out coffee machine and no milk which was probably down to me as I'm very unorganised and no good using gadgets 😬

There was nothing to dislike, for us, the Herbal Hotel is perfect.

Herbal Hotel in Wroclaw.......what a true gem. The hotel is wonderful. Perfectly located 'in it' but so 'out of it'. It is a herbal sanctuary. The rooms are beautifully appointed, so welcoming and serene and the reception staff were attentive and courteous. We cannot comment on the breakfast, as we chose to venture out early each day but we did finish off with a night cap in the wine cellar which is wonderful. Again, the young lady who looked after us by recommending drinks and serving us with the most delicious cold cut meats and cheese board was faultless. This is the nicest hotel we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. We will definitely return to this special place. Wroclaw......we came, you welcomed us, we love you.

The wifi was very poor

Beautifully renovated former monastery with a flowery and peaceful courtyard and a nice wine bar in the cellar. Very stylish and spacious rooms, with bath tub and comfy beds, as well as facilities. Location is perfect as it's on a pretty road with cafes and bars and a short walk from the main square, and 20 walk from the station
