Everything was really great, the hotel building is very nice, our room was big, quiet and clean with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The location is perfect, right next to the old town but outside busy streets, very peaceful and quiet. We stayed only for one night this time but will definitely be back.

Would be nice to have a small refrigerator in the room.

Newly renovated, spacious hotel in a great location just next to the main square, but in a very private and quiet location. We definitely will visit again!

The faulty design of the shower and tub is really dangerous and is an accident waiting to happen.

It is a wonderful hotel - clean, not very crowded. Very close to the city center.

The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom. it was looking good, but there was a freestanding bathtub only, with no standing shower, so it was a challenge for me, as a person who doesn't like to sit in tubs.

The location was excellent as we were very close to the old town centre and restaurants.

The rooms should have insect screens installed because in summer it can get quite hot and we had to leave our window open during the night. This is a drawback as flying insects can enter the room.

Central location close to all means of transport. Big room with lovely new bathroom. Amazing transformation of the old monastery, really nicely done!

Too hot in the room and when we opened the window we had company of bees and all other sorts of insects from the garden in front (attracted by the light) :) but still love tha garden!

The location was excellent and was in what we felt a safe and quiet road

More up front at point of booking about all the facilities as we ended up not using them or not factoring them into our stay

Great location. Within walking distance of the main square but quiet enough to get sleep. Bed was really comfy, room was lovely and staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was an issue with the room initially given but we asked to change and were given better standard for same price after pushing the staff but it was eventually done. So it was appreciated.

No mini fridge in rooms to keep drinks/snacks, and no aircon made it very hot at night.

but...I've got probably the worst room in the building! very dark and NO fresh air! I was a bit shocked when I got in and the youn guy rom the reception was...very,very embarrassed and very nervous. It wasn't "a room with the view"! There's a wall in front of my window, 100-120 cm away! A narrow well between the walls....A very bad air in the room, no light inside, no day light! Forget the view. I've booked this hotel a few months earlier...And now I'm asking: why I've got such a bad room? Why this...poor choice without any chance to change? I must say it wasn't a pleasant experience....

Beautifully designed, clean and spacious enough room. Comfy bed. Easy check in and check out. Location ideal if you need to catch an airport bus at 3am.

No AC, which wasn't an issue during my stay, but something to have in mind during hot summer nights. The staff didn't really feel welcoming, offered me to buy breakfast and made a strange face when I said no thank you and explained I was checking out at 3am.

Tight room, no space to open luggage. No shower door so bathroom floor gets wet every time you take a shower.
