    Central location

The carpet in the room was dirty, they need to steam clean it. Kade’s are horrible, they never vacuum the carpets… I reserved one large bed, they gave me small room with two small twin beds…

The location was great 5 mins to Kazimierz and 10-15 mins to down town. Employees are really helpfull.

There is a coffe machine in the lobby instead in the room.

Location was good as didn't been very far from Old Town.Breakfast was good offer for 10 pounds.

Rooms outdated, carpark was privat and got one remote to open the barrier.. Staff not very friendly. We got housekeeping one day and no towel change ,no bathroom clean ,not bin emptied just tidy bed.Double bed got 2 single mattres not very comfortable, instead get one double duvet they give 2 single, pillow not comfortable. Overall to expensive for what they offer and conditions.

Comfortable beds and enough space in rooms.

Hotel equipment is very old and some parts require refurbishment - carpets especially.

The hotel is in a quiet, tranquil street at a very convenient location in the Jewish Quarter. Within short walking distance to all key sightseeing spots in the Quarter, the Wawel Castle and the scenic and lively embankment of The Vistula River. But it’s about a 20 minute-walk to the Old Town’s main square while just a 2-minute walk from hotel to bus/tram stops. You can also consider to ride on Bolt if necessary as it is cheap and reliable. Staff extremely helpful and friendly, who changed my room immediately after check-in to another room with working air conditioning. A spacious double room with a good view (room 604) on the 6th floor though no lift from the 5th floor, which is fine with me. Be reminded to check the room size during your booking against the actual size of the room you are offered on spot.

It’s an old hotel needs updating but it is ok as long as it is clean and spacious. WiFi is poor in room. No refrigerator and no kettle. For some days I got worn and frayed towels, to which they should definitely pay attention.

    Property response:

Thank you for the good rating and we take your comments to heart :)

Like having a little apartment in our room so kids could have their own space

Fridge didn’t work in room Toilet seat was wobbly and very loose It did say bath/shower in booking but got a disabled access shower which was okay but was just looking forward to a decent bath.
