We’re glad to hear that you were satisfied with the room cleanliness, comfort of the beds, and breakfast variety. Regarding towels, while we provide one large towel per guest as a standard, we’re always happy to supply additional towels or smaller ones upon request. Please don’t hesitate to ask next time. As for the split accommodation between our two hotels, we understand how this may have caused confusion and disrupted your group experience. While both parts of the hotel offer similar room standards, they do operate slightly independently — including separate breakfast areas. We're sorry this wasn't made clearer at the time of booking and will review how we can better communicate this in the future.
