Car park, the bar was only open to diners and is outsourced and run by another company who didn’t allow access to guests who just wanted a drink The car parking is not at the hotel but a five minute walk away and Zl50 per day

I didn’t like how small the shower was, I kept bumping my elbows into the temperature valve even though I’m only 5’7. I was in the Twin Room and I know it is a smaller room but I shouldn’t have to genuinely be hitting the sides of the wall when showering. Also I think the room was a little bit dirty as many of the outlets had heavy layers of dust on them and so did the outside of the sink bowl.

I liked the nice elevator with the card tap system (you can only go to the floor you’re staying on). I also liked having an air condition A LOT, super nice. The front desk lady spoke both wonderful English and Polish, and overall I thought the room was nice and comfortable.

The mattress wasn’t the best, pretty lumpy.

Location is great. Ability to leave the luggage pre and post-stay. Breakfast was excellent. Good size room and bathroom. Quite silent room when the windows are closed, even thought the room was facing a street.

The stuff was hurry. We missed instructions in english for parking zone. The towels were super old- we don’t use this kind of towels even at our home, so it was a huge dissapointment

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was too soft, like I have not seen before so soft mattress before - it felt like a pillow. Sadly have to say that the person in reservation table was very arrogant, didn’t get any good information from her, just gave the door keys. We asked for baby bed, she said no cause there was’nt staff for bringing this. Also she said that the cheapest parking is 21€, but as we heard next day, the hotel parking was almost half. Sad cause the hotel as itself was very good!

I think the room used to be a part of a bigger suite.There was additional door to the room next door so I could hear everything from the neighbours.I didn’t like it.It should have been mentioned in the room description and price reduced.

The bed was almost *too* comfortable — the mattress is extremely soft, which might be perfect for some. But if you prefer a firmer sleeping surface, this might not be the right fit. Personally, it wasn’t ideal for me, so I’d recommend this hotel mainly to those who love that “cloud-like” feel.

The location of this hotel is fantastic — all the main attractions and the city center are just a short walk away, which made sightseeing super convenient. The only downside is that it's right next to a busy road, so street noise was noticeable at times, especially at night. Still, if you’re planning to spend most of your day exploring, it’s a really practical place to stay.

Parking in a different building, ~5 min walk, no problems, but would be more convenient if it was in the same building. You need to leave the parking and come back to the reception to give back the parking card and get back your deposit, again - it's fine but there was nowhere to leave your car by the reception.

Great location, clean and comfortable room. Parking can be provided (extra fee).
