Not much

Room was rather basic and bathroom even more rudimentary… bed mattresses hard and used … finally, breakfast … the most disappointing part of our stay… I was recommended this hotel as allegedly its restaurant was awarded one star Michelin … and perhaps it’s even true but it doesn’t apply to breakfast!!!

The location of the property is in a quiet area on the edge of the old town, very close to the centre. The furniture and the bathroom are relatively new.

There were two major fox paws. Over the course of our stay we noticed that the bedding had not been changed from previous guests. First off there was a prominent stain on one of the decorative pillows that looked like cum. When we noticed some hair and a stain on one of the pillows when we arrived late at night(reception was closed) we just assumed it was only that pillow - there where 4 on the bed, small mistake no big deal. But over the course of our two night stay my friend noticed that her legs and the hallway floor were covered in body glitter she hadn't used. It only fully hit us the second night that it came from the bedding and again reception was closed so no way to fix it at that point. The second major issue occured when we asked reception to call a taxi specifying that we can only pay by card. They called a driver directly. When we tried to pay, the driver became aggressive claiming he didn't take card payments. No language skills. It felt like we had been scammed on purpose. Although these two issues might have been coincidences I wouldn't stay at the hotel again because of the general lack of professionalism.

The bathroom design is a bit old fashioned, but it was clean and comfortable.

The rooms were nice, spacious and light. The price was very reasonable and the location in the old town was excellent

Car park, the bar was only open to diners and is outsourced and run by another company who didn’t allow access to guests who just wanted a drink The car parking is not at the hotel but a five minute walk away and Zl50 per day

I liked the nice elevator with the card tap system (you can only go to the floor you’re staying on). I also liked having an air condition A LOT, super nice. The front desk lady spoke both wonderful English and Polish, and overall I thought the room was nice and comfortable.

I didn’t like how small the shower was, I kept bumping my elbows into the temperature valve even though I’m only 5’7. I was in the Twin Room and I know it is a smaller room but I shouldn’t have to genuinely be hitting the sides of the wall when showering. Also I think the room was a little bit dirty as many of the outlets had heavy layers of dust on them and so did the outside of the sink bowl.

Location is great. Ability to leave the luggage pre and post-stay. Breakfast was excellent. Good size room and bathroom. Quite silent room when the windows are closed, even thought the room was facing a street.

The mattress wasn’t the best, pretty lumpy.

The bed was terrible. I slept 2 nights and it was very bad. I felt like on water bed.
