- great location - helpful staff - clean room and surroundings - Shopping mall next door with plenty of places to eat/meet/work

- lack of air conditioning (windows had to be opened, otherwise it was very hot) - noise, even with closed windows - both from the streets and also from other rooms. I could easily hear neighbor talking on the mobile phone. - damp smell, this building was not occupied for a long time and was not properly prepared. Mold and humidity was not properly removed) - lack of a place to work or at least of a chair. not suitable for business travelers willing to work on the computer in the room.

Near the shopping mall and the LIDL store.

Very close to the street, which causes a lot of noise and makes it impossible to sleep with the windows open. The building is very hot and lacks air conditioning. The TV doesn't receive all the channels, not even the basic ones. My room has no curtains or blinds, and the light/neon signs from the shopping mall shine directly into the window. The walls and doors are very thin, and you can hear the neighbors in adjacent rooms. The WIFI signal is terrible, and on the second floor, it's impossible to have video calls through messengers.

The rooms are super clean and very nice, the whole building is super stylish with red brick and wooden elements. The location is very good, near tram and bus stops, but also at a walking distance from the Old Town.

The walls between the rooms are super thin, you can hear bathroom noises from the neighbours.
