Location. Location. Location! It is close to everything! A short team ride from the train station, then walking distance to everything in the Jewish District, Wawel Castle, and Old Town.

This does not concern the accomodation: to find information about parking in Krakow that is succinct and correct was kind of hard. I got a fine because of this.

The hotel does not have parking for cars. The nearest parking is 200 meters away, paid from 08:00 to 20:00 - 6 zlotys per hour, and is free at other times. Payment is made via the parking meter.

There was no breakfast available in the hotel but on the other hand there was a kitchen in our room and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants around.

Only niggle we had was the lack of Pillows and the sofa bed was tad little uncomfortable but still sleepable, cant have it all.

The location was spot on, the place was very clean and tidy. 9/10 rating. Really couldn't fault the place and would happily go back there again and Recommend too.

Could do with more toiletries in the bathroom. had to buy hair shampoo. No lift, but walking up stairs was good exercise :)

Great Location, staff were helpful and excellent in helping us. Apartments were a good size. two very good food establishments literally next door, great for breakfast and lunch.

There was a shared patio right in-front of our front door / bathroom. Wasn’t able to fully relax when people were sat out late at night. The bathroom window wouldn’t close so it sounded like someone was in the apartment

The kitchen table in bedroom due to space but there is a shared patio available for all guests to use.

The pillows were not super comfortable.

The apartment was perfectly located, close to lots of bars, restaurants and within easy walk from different areas. Staff were really helpful and the apartment was well kitted out, with a lovely terrace.

The double bed was actually a sofa bed and was less comfortable than we had hoped as a bed for 3 nights but this would not stop us coming back - we might just be a bit more aware of the room we select when booking.

This is a fantastic property in the old jewish quarter. Despite being in a really busy area we heard very little noise from outside. The kitchen was well stocked and the apartment was spotless. The staff went above and beyond to help us before and during out trip and cannot thank them for the information and help they provided in planning out trip. There was a hiccup with our taxi booked through them and despite being out of hours they quickly sorted it out when we called. I would be happy to stay here again. We were a family group with our two adult children and there was plenty space for us. The washing machine was a good addition as it helped save on luggage.
