Excellent hotel, very warm very friendly staff, also separately wanted to note that it was very warm and cozy and importantly was warm and cozy. Highly recommended, both for families and single travelers. Great location and comfort!

There was a slight problem checking into the apartment as there is no reception, my fault, the passcode was in a email sent to me, ensure you get the pass code so you can enter the building it's usually a 4 digit number then press #, however, I pressed the buzzer on the key pad, after the polish answerphone message I waited for the bleep then spoke In to the mike, was then greeted by manager or owner who instructions were clear on how to enter the building.

The location of the apartments near my favourite places in Kazimierz, The apartment was clean and the kitchen fully equipped with everything you need should you wish to cook. There is a nice outside area on the tip floor, should you wish to sit outside for a drink etc. I can honestly say if I return to Krakow for what would be my 13th time, I would have no hesitation staying here again.

Well,ww found the rooms a little cold but we did not get cold fortunately. Some plugs need repairing - we did not dare to use a few of them

The location is very good. Bars, Bistros,Restaurants extremely close. The Parking was easy.

It may not be suitable for anyone wanting to use it for Shabbos due to the automatic lights in the hallway and the gate that works with an electric buzzer.

"It was an amazing experience! We enjoyed the cleanliness of the place and appreciated the thoughtful preparation that went into making our stay comfortable. Although we had a small issue where we needed additional linen, the owner came over and happily helped us out. The area was located in the center of the old Jewish District, which we were excited to explore. Overall, we had a comfortable, cozy, and clean stay and would highly recommend it for everyone."

We knew it had no lift/elevator and for us this was not a problem but anyone with mobility issues should just be aware of this. Families with buggies could leave downstairs in safe - locked foyer area

Lovely location, very helpful and friendly staff. Perfect facilities for myself and two teenage children. Clean and comfortable. Felt very safe. Close to lovely cafes and restaurants. Easy to get to all the attractions walking or tram

Only that there was no plug fitting a in the bath and no shower curtain . We asked and the management returned immediately with a plug which just about fitted

Can't say there was anything I didn't like.

Loved the area we stayed in which was the Jewish Quarter. Lots of lovely eating and drinking places and about 15/20 minute walk to the Castle, main square and other attractions. Also several vintage shops. Food was wonderful and portions were big with prices quite cheap. Kazimierz was self entry and had everything we needed. It was very clean, great shower, comfy beds, had tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, microwave. Although no breakast provided here, there were several places to eat out at reasonable prices. Any queries were always answered within 24 hrs. Booked excursions online and picked up from hotel. Very well organised. Taxi from airport to hotel approx £23 each way. Will definitely be coming back to stay here as would like to see Krakow again in Spring.

Excellent huge twin room apartment.spotless and lovely and warm.hosts are brilliant.well placed in the Jewish quarters.abundance of pubs and restaurants right on your doorstep you cannot go wrong with this location.second time using this location.
