Better coffee at breakfast, the machine was half broken and the liquid offered was almost undrinkable.

Excellent hotel. We only stayed one night to my regret, I would have liked to spend more time there. Very good breakfast, a private lake beach, very nice village. The dog was especially happy with the walking opportunities. We hope to return.

There is burning smell around the area which gets inside if the windows are opened. No a/c so on a hot day it can be a challenge. Very big pillows.

Nothing that could be controlled by the property, but given the extreme heat, the room temperature was not ideal for sleeping. However, the staff did find a fan which helped significantly. In cooler weather, this would not be an issue.

It is hard to think of anything requiring imprpvement, but if I had to make a recommendation I would place some chaise-lounges near water's edge for sunbathing.

The staff and the owner were very kind and helpful. The owner took time to direct me to some places of interest I last visited 50 years ago and had a hard time finding. He was very familiar with the area and gladly offered suggestions and recommendations. The facility is very comfortable and quiet. Little grassy "beach" provides access to the lake. Row boats and paddle boats are available at no charge. My room had a large, comfortable tarrace suitable for entertaining or just taking a break in the sun. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. A Polish standard mixture of cheeses and cold-cuts, pate, ocassional herring with some vegetables (i. e. toamtoes with mozzarella, fresh cucmbers, pickles). Deliciuos real scrambled eggs, sausages and exceptional blintzes with sweet cheese or plum preserves. Small selection of cold cereals, tea, cofee, juice. Dinner featured home made soup, smashed potatoes, sauerkraut or cucumber salad , a choice of sauteed local fish or meat and a modest dessert. It was tasty and very fresh. Location is perfect. Easily accessible, yet quiet and secluded. Trully a magical stay! Thank you!

Very calm and nice place. Next to lake, so you can swim or take a boat (which is provided for free). Ideal hotel if you want to recharge and relax in the nature. Parks and protected forests around, so lots of place of hikes or riding bycikles. It was our second time staying there. First one in 2016, and since then we wanted to come back, this time with our kid ;) GReat Breakfast!

Everything was great. We have enjoyed some facilities in the accommodation, also a great breakfast and close surroundings. We appreciate friendly and flexible approach of accommodation staff to us, also rate of privacy in pension.

Perfect and tasty breakfast. Hotel is located on the bank of the Wigry lake, lovely nature all around. Pet friendly place! Our doggy was very happy!

Great place for retirees. Quiet and placatory residence on the bank of the lake in the forest. Tasty breakfasts. The possibility to order dinners in the cafe on the premises. Excellent fish in the cafe 1.5 km from the residence. Hospitable owner and attentive staff. Row boats and water bikes for free. The possibility to rent a bike for 2 euros an hour.

This hotel for that money is definetley not worth. Bed or pillow not smells good. We was with children 1.5 years, and hotell staff charged like adult and tell “ it is human,no ? Need to pay “ Never stay here with family.
