The location is amazing and the rooms are so nice and the staff as well

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the town. We were allowed to park our cars before checking in, which was almost inevitable. Otherwise, we would not have been able to arrive earlier in town, as parking is very difficult. We had to pay extra for the parking, which is a little strange considering the high price they charge for the hotel, and also considering that it seemed that the parking area belonged to the hotel. However, we were warned before booking that parking isn't free, so it is okay. The hotel was clean. Plenty of towels provided. Very happy with the facilities. The balcony is so cute.

We weren't guided properly; we had to ask about everything. For example, in the morning, when we went down to have breakfast, we had to wait as the dining room was small and crowded. After we had waited like 10-15 minutes so all of us could eat, we were told that there was another dining room for breakfast. Well, it was rather late as we were 11 people and we would have liked to eat at once. Why wasn't this information given beforehand? Upon checking in, there was a lot of confusion; finding our booking took a long time. Even after completing the payment, I was called back to pay more because there was a misunderstanding. Another strange thing, that they knew we were a family, but we were put on separate floors; there were plenty of empty rooms. Why weren't we put close to each other? I cannot understand. Another important issue is that the shower is so slippery, and there is no handle for the elderly. Very dangerous, they must take this issue rather seriously. (My mother-in-law complained about this; she is 80.) The showers are right next to the bedrooms. Why aren't there switches that operate the light without the fan? The fan makes a lot of noise at night, but you cannot switch the light on unless the fan starts to operate.

Variety and quality of food at breakfast was good.

No cooking or ventilation system. No elevator and we had to haul our suitcases up three floors. Rundown and very dated furniture. Beds very low to the ground and only about a foot off the ground. Hotel in a terrible located squashed between the back of a mall and another huge hotel. View from our room was the back side of the mall with mounds of garbage bags.

Was an amazing place very close to the center and very friendly staffs you will be greeted every time you enter / leave with great smiles

Everything was honestly amazing one thing I would recommend is adding at least fans in the rooms in case the weather outside wasn’t cold so ppl could have more options

There is no left in this property There is no air conditioner we had to open the windows and it was very noisy in the morning

The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the local attractions.

The room was too warm. Unfortunately my daughter and I got back to the hotel after 8pm, where the front desk staff was gone for the night. Although an emergency phone number was provided, I didn't consider the need for a fan to be an emergency, therefore I didn't call to request one.

Great location, just off the main street and with parking. Nice to have a small balcony.

There was no air conditioning so we needed to leave the door open for air, as it is summer, which made it very noisy in the morning.

The hotel is located in the backyard of a shopping center, where goods are constantly being unloaded, which is why the room is noisy.

Great location, large comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, and good value for money.

they sent us a wrong message regarding the number of rooms booked. they made us wait an hour outside the hotel because the reception was closed in the end and after two phone calls we managed to get in. the smell was horrible inside the rooms. there was no soap in the bathroom. shame!!!. the mattress very uncomfortable. the pillow sucks. I woke up many times during the night because everything was uncomfortable. and in the end the price was too high compared to what we received.

We arrived late and we found no reception and according to the message they sent by booking we had to go to room 12 and the room was occupied by other visitors and we had to call to get the info regarding our rooms when we opened room 6 there was very bad smell in the room the bed wasn't comfy there was no soap nor shampoo nor any kind of product to have shower there is no elevator so we had to Carry our 25kg suitcase to the second floor We booked parking place but when we arrived there was no parking and we had to look for parking near in the area We arrived at 20:30 and only at 23:00 we could enter our rooms This stay wasva nightmare for our family

Great place , a bit hot in the room , Otherwise had fantastic stay close to everything.
