We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesI was under impression rooms would have included AC cooling, but cooling is strictly limited to hallways. When we arrived to the room, it was a bit warm and humid. We made sure to let in as much fresh air as possible, so nights in the room were pleasant.
Short walking distance to shops and restaurants. One thing I will continue to recall is the fresh mountain air that is sadly missing at home.

United KingdomThe resort is in a very good location, walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, and the lake marina offering boat hire and lake cruises. Breakfast was very good with many options to choose from, everything was very fresh and nicely spread out. The restaurant is also highly recommended with great choices and everything fresh and tasty. The rooms are clean with free water tea and coffee provided. The staff is very polite and attentive and despite small problems which have been rectified the next day, we enjoyed our stay.

PolandMattress is way too soft causing pain in back after sleeping. It should be way better/harder. There is no conditioning or even fan what will make stay during summer heat difficult. Cleaning lady could make bed as well. Fridge working very loudly.
Very good location, clean both rooms and hotel. Very good price. Large parking. Staff was nice. Balcony was very nice as well. Quiet area allowing to enjoy stay. Good price/quality ratio. Overall it was nice hostel. Fridge was cooling very well.

PolandThe one very big negative about the resort is that there is a Nightclub downstairs, I didn't expect this from a wellness resort with spa. The music was loud and vibrating where I could feel it in my room. This put a very negative shadow over what was an absolutely wonderful experience.
