I understand how navigating nearby facilities during peak times can be frustrating, and I truly value your patience. Should any issues arise, the reception team is always ready to assist personally. For example, keys can be left with us, and your car will be parked in the underground facility you mentioned, with the keys delivered back to your room. We invite you to return whenever you visit Wrocław. Perhaps during the summer season, when the hotel terrace opens, and the restaurant is extended to the fresh air.
