Window has no blaine's, to much sunlight, no privacy. Black mold on corner of walking shower.

All people was very helpful and nice. Room was clean with nice clean sheets.

The location was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food in the restaurant was really tasty!!!

Clean and spacious rooms, comfy beds and good facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of beautiful forest walks nearby. Great for cyclist on Green Velo (if you are coming this way). There is a restaurant (where you can get a local beer) and supermarket right next door.

Nothing critical. The room was small under the ceiling, no elevator in the building (do not take your heavy luggage), but this may not be a problem for short stays

Very small room. Leaking shower door. No soap, shampoo at the shower. No hair dryer etc for ladies. Hard to close bathroom door! Time to repair! Extra blanket, towels or pillow will be nice!!!. Internet service at the location doesn't work, same as tv. We tray connect to wifi - impossible!!!! For the price You paid - I expected a little more!

we advised the host that we will be driving from budapest around midnight (7 Hour Drive) I was expecting to either be supplied with a access code or find a 24hour reception desk. On arrival 23:40 we found a locked hotel and were left stranded, phone was not answered. Total let down!!!

Requested late checkin. I was told reception closes at 10pm but I would still have access to a room and keys will be on it. Turned up and the main door was locked and could not enter. Tried calling and messaging but got no response. No information in any other language other than polish so I was stranded really and had to find an alternative. It's been 3 days and still no response from anyone to even check if I'm alive after I informed them I will be sleeping in my car in their car park. I would stay away and also be concerned for safety of people staying there if there are no members of staff on premises during the night Needless to say I would not be returning or recommending anyone, ever. This is the worst place I've experienced in my trips to Poland in the past 15 years.

The shower didn't drain properly The rooms smelt like cigarettes even though non smoking There is no fridge in the rooms There is no fans to keep the room cool. This would be good given the fact there is no air conditioner The beds are not comfy and the sheets come off There is no mattress protector meaning the actual mattress contains other people's bodily fluids There is no safe in the room There is no staff at reception most of the time The staff stole my milk after I asked them to place in restaurant fridge It is in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do
