Thank you for your review, although we find it hard to agree with some of the allegations. As for the dirty, old furniture or holes from cigarette butts, it's hard to believe that something like that could have escaped our attention. Our facility is regularly inspected, and standards of cleanliness and maintenance are a priority for us. Also, if you did notice mold in the bathroom, you could have reported it immediately so that we could take action. All this makes this review seem a bit far-fetched.
