The location is exceptional! Next to the mall and close to Old Town, it's the best option for staying in the city!

Good accomodation with excelent location. Room I've chosen had a view of the Church, beautiful Chełmonski's paint reproduction and was quite spacious. Overall I'm quite satisfied of my stay, but surely there are some fields for improvement - i.e. hair dryer could be replaced (looked and worked like a very old model, not effective, very loud) it could be more than one trash can - to make It easier to sort waste.

Bit weird communicating with the hotel, so we asked before arriving for early check-in because we came with early flight. They answered to come to hotel and ask in person is it possible and guess what, we had to wait till 15h to get to room.

Location, location and location. Everything important is within walking distance. Nice hotel, great breakfast that we really enjoyed.

This is very particular because I am very young, travel alone and dress like a tourist but the staff judged me. They didn't feel very nice with me but they answered all my answers but no smile no enthusiasm just like I was disrupting them.

The bed are crazy comfortable, never fell asleep so fast. The rooms are very big, there is a lot of space and it's so clean. It's modern also and doesn't feel old at all. Breakfast has a lot of variety and is ok not bad not good. Bonus point for Elizabeth (I hope I didn't misspelled), she was very kind, professional and adapted herself to my profile. She gave me very good recommendations. The location is very good there are trams all around and a lot of attractions.

The room was quite warm, and with the windows not opening, you're relying on the AC, which isn't very effective. The pillows are fairly thick and not very comfortable to sleep on. It'd be nice to have a shoehorn in the room.

The staff was very friendly, the location is great, and the room was spotless and neat. The breakfast was amazing, with great selection. Although parking isn't free, it's right next to the hotel and very convenient.

You can feel it is aged.

Hotel location can sum up in one word “IDEAL”, not to mention, the nice staff they were so helpful. The room “Family room with Cathedral view” was so nice it was clean, and very decent size.

Hotel instructions on how to go from the parking lot are very insufficient - it took 20 min up to find the right elevator to the Hotel entrance. You should search for hotel's logo - see picture.

Perfect location, attentive attitude, spacious room, clean. Breakfast is simply fabulous (see picture). We chose this hotel for another reason - it was very convenient to return a Europcar' rental car here, but it reveals that it is an excellent hotel for all other points. An additional point I'd like to mention is the restaurant that is very good - you don't expect such a good kitchen in a small hotel restaurant.

Our stay here was perfect.

The location of the Mercure Hotel was perfect. I requested rooms close together and they were beside each other, perfect. I had contacted the hotel with a special request to maybe have something in my sons room to say Congratulations as we were on this short trip to Wroclaw to celebrate his Confirmation. He was delighted to find a handwritten card, and treat of chocolates and fruit, and a room upgrade in arrival. It was fabulous! Thank you. One of the female members of staff on reception on check in was so welcoming to me, my husband and 2 kids. It really makes a different to a hotel stay when staff are friendly and have nice chats.

CAR parking price is not normal, - 25 Eur per night. Breakfast 20 Eur per night, - to sum up, - same as to stay in Hilton or Radison. So 100 Eur on the top, - is not about Poland, like in Denmark..
