Very good located hotel. Stuff was very friendly, respectful and helpful. Breakfast also was great. Thank you for hostility.

Switch between cold and hot water in shower and tv settings.

Location , sky bar. I was short time just 2 days but for longer i would like recommend better standard.

Fantastic location. River view room with a small balcony looked straight at the river and the castle to the left. Sky bar had fantastic views and Somersby cider. Comfy bed and good shower. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was a mix of different and sometimes unexpected foods but there was plenty of it and we ate well.

Curtains in our room didn’t cover the whole window so it was light in the morning but not a huge deal for us. A few more umbrellas at the sky bar would have been better as it was really hot when we went.

The location is perfect, and the service is excellent. The hotel team is very friendly and works hard to ensure guests enjoy their stay. Breakfast is served with an amazing view of Wawel Castle. The hotel’s sky bar is also very nice. We were even able to check in earlier than expected. Good value for a price.

The air conditioning didn’t work. During our stay, it was +31°C in Kraków, and the AC was not cooling the room. It was actually cooler in the corridor or even outside. Unfortunately, we couldn’t sleep with the windows open because it was too noisy outside.

Nice hotel. Very good location. The staff serviceminded and friendly. Good private parking possibilities for ok price (70PLN a day). Lovely view at the roof restuarant.

The view in our room was so not good, very close to other house. But nothing important.

The facilities, restaurant with great food. Cleanliness. Location. Nice, approachable, helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The magnetic key to the room wasn't working, we had to get it set up several times throughout our stay, but the staff members were always very helpful and sorted the problem very quickly. It wouldn't put us off from staying at the hotel again as everything else was spot on.

The stuff is really nice and helpful. The room wasn’t spacey, but kept clean and nice.

Some parts of the build seemed to get old and they were degrading.

There is no better location in Krakow. It’s on the river with lovely views and it’s also a good in between the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter, so it’s easy to explore between the two.

The breakfast was the only thing we didn’t like about the hotel.

Perfect -- I'm already looking forward to my next stay here. The staff, the room, and the breakfast exceeded all expectations. Location and view deserve a very separate notice. Do take a look at the tiny, but very nice souvenir section.

The location is awesome, you could go everywhere at krakow by walk. 10 min to old town, near the Wawel Castel and vistula cruises. 15 mins walk to Jewish getto and 20 mins to Schindler’s factory. Breakfast is good enough, good view rooms ( looks the vistula river ). There is so nice Terrace bar and they give you 2 free vines up there :)

The room is small ( up to room that you reserved of course ).
