Friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms, modern bathroom. a nice surprise the owner of the facility offered free transport from the bus station to the facility. Having a train in the late afternoon after check out we could leave our luggage and spend a day in the town. Highly recommended

The bed could have been a bit wider and more comfortable, though overall we had a good sleep. Noise traveled fast througout the walls, but we were lucky with the other renters, everyone kept it quiet.

This accomodation nicely fit our purpose. We looked for a comfy and clean place where we can drop our car and reach the city center by walk. We got all these covered, with very kind hosts. The little balcony was a nice extra feature. (We chose the room with own private bathroom.)

It takes 15-20 mins to walk from the bus station, and there are no windows to the outside in the room, so those who and concerned should consider this.

The room decoration is very unique.Although it is in the basements, the air is not blocked and there are simple kitchen supplies. The male owner of the house helped us carry our luggage to the room, thank him very much!

The toilet door wasn’t really a door, it wouldn’t close or would get stuck (i had to call my friends to help me get out) and in the end had to use the bathroom with doors open:d the third bed (added one) was quite short and a bit closetrophobic:)

We had the mini apartment in the basement equipped with a shower and toilet. It was clean and just spacious enough but most of all it was really cosy. One of the main advantages is the owner, a lovely and helpful lady, who listened to our requests and did her best to help us. I'm sure we'll return!

Good location, the centrum is really close. It is easy to reach. The equipments and the bathroom are really modern. Every floors has a small kitchen area (microwave, water heater).

Very narrow and high stairs, there was no info about that in the booking (for people with disabilities it's a big no no). Room was not really cleaned either.

We were sleeping on a coach not a bed. Very uncomfortable. The fridge in the room was so loud we didn't sleep almost all night. No wine glasses.

On the bed sheets there were multiple black hair.. it was smelling like a dog slept on it and we were nor sure if it was even washed. Dont reccomend for people with allergies . Communication was very poor,no information messages from owner before coming like phone number and etc.

Woman was communicating nice. Good location, good that room had seperate shower. Tea and coffe was provided.

- It was cold inside, even though its summer time. Needed to turn on the heating. The room is located in the basement and it wasn’t mentioned before. It should be better in other rooms - Electric heater in the room didn’t work - Hair drier, that the host provided, didn’t work - The host forgot to provide towels, which was especially frustrating and we were not able to find him till checkout

For the same price I got a very good hotel stay at Krakow. The property is overpriced. Very low standard. Only good point about this property is walking distance to centre of Zakopane - Krupowki street / around 20 min
