I don't think there was anything we didn't like. Perhaps it would be good to get the swimsuit dryer.

Great location, comfortable and clean room. Amazing choice of food for breakfast, very tasty. Very helpful and nice staff. Location was perfect, close to the beach but still away from the street noise. Swimming pool really good and a nice touch with warm towels.

Lack of parking however if you there over the weekend street car parks are for free ( £10 per night over week days).

Nice size room plus easy access to pool ( take your crogs otherwise facility man will shout at you in german). Breakfast was another nice surprise with good variety of food. Location -next to promenade and beautiful sand beaches.

Hotel rooms should be provided with tissues and face washes, neither was provided.

The location of the Hotel was great - close to the Baltic Sea beaches, the promenade, and the port. Delicious European breakfasts with lot of choices. The room was very clean, and had a balcony which provided the opportunity to sit in the freash sea air. A real highlight were the pool and salt room - both most inviting.

The room. -- No option to control the temperature in the room (there is aircon unit, but we didn't see any panels or remote controls to adjust the temperature) Dinner - is only available from 17:00 to 19:00. -- I think that extending the hours up till 22:00 would be better. -- Add option to buy/pay/charge to the room for dinner at the restaurant doors.

The room was of a good size and clean. Breakfast - everything was well. Good opening hours and traditional good hotel food. Service was also good, kind and responsive. Dinner - was OK foodwise and service. Service (people) were nice and responsive.

I was denied check-in because all rooms were occupied, despite having a confirmed reservation. I spent the night with my child in the car in their parking lot.

Hotel is not kid friendly. Most of the staff doesn't speak English and not friendly with children, especially in the swimming pool area. Difficult to park next to the hotel. No description of the food in the breakfast, and not many choices for children. The beds are not comfortable, and the shower cap needs to be replaced.

Nice swimming pool with jacuzzi. Big rooms with a balcony. Walking distance to the beach.

The place is full of birds , many birds , a lot of seagulls. In the early morning birds started to making noise that not possiblle to sleep. The sofa bed is not comfortable to sleep on. The room temperature was high even in Poland during our stay ( mid Jul ) and AC was only possible if we pay 40 Zloty to get the remote control from reception. It was the first time I encountered this kind of thing.

The place around the hotel is Ok, close to the beach and food center .

Very noisy neighborhood…garbage trucks waking us up at 6:00 am. Paper thin walls, you can almost join your next door neighbour conversation at 1:00am… and the room smelled like a wet dog… not that we have anything against the dogs 🐕 ..but at least make an effort to clean up after…

The curtains were yellow. The room was bright early morning 5 of clock. Wall were not even sound proof and you can hear everything from road even with closed windows.

I asked especially for a room with good internet quality because I wanted to work online and they sent me to the top floor where the internet quality was unusable. The room was so tiny and strangly situated that the tv was setup to the rightside of the top of the bed. Could of become a better room for the price I paid! Room was crap but everything else in the Hotel was nice.

The pool, hottub, breakfast buffet, cleanliness and quiet, great location!
