Nice little hotel for a couple nights a short walk from Wroclaw Central station. The room and bathroom are basic, clean, warm and safe.

The management is not keen to customers welfare especially cleaning and changing of the beds. The issue that you have to tell the cleaner lower the standard of the hotel. It should be obvious that cleaning and making sure customers rooms are daily clean should be paramount to the management.

Corridor carpets were very old and dirty, bad impression when you walk into your ro which was actually modern Room Was on 4th floor, on arrival the window was fully. Open, very highly and scary! not really safe when you travel with children

If you get a room on the side of the hotel facing the main road you might be disturbed by the noise of the traffic.

I’ve stayed at this location over the years and unfortunately the rooms are ageing and deteriorating, which is a standard thing, but the main issue was the shower head that struggled to stay up. Showers are too small and feel very slippery.

This location can’t be beat for the price. Very close proximity to local transport, trains and buses.

Breakfast pretty average. The cleaning lady didn't make our beds 2 days in a row.

Hallway carpets leading to the rooms need to be replaced, they're awful. Breakfast was underwhelming.

There were many small things that added up. Our queen sized bed was two single beds, there were a lack of things in the room (only a desk and bed), the AC didn't work, the door didn't close properly so you could hear people in the hall, the window leaked sound from the street, power sockets in bathroom were filthy. Most of these small, but they add up.

The location was very central and easy to get to, just two crosswalks from main station, perfect for our visit which would be go to a local convetion. Room was overall okay.

It took an hour to check in , which I think was the longest I have spent, even though there were only 4 in the queue. We did arrive earlier (12.00) but was told early check in was not possible - I cannot believe all rooms miraculously become free at 2pm, so that is one way to relieve the pressure, another would be to engage a second receptionist.

Small room, even though is was for 2, 1 person was enough. Absence of hair dryer and no cleaning service during 3 day stay. Breakfast was really basic.

Shower gel container was empty. Not a drop left in it. This makes me wonder if the shower cabin was cleaned at all?

Can't get to our first room, our key was recoded, but the lock didn't work.

Second room was ok with great view for sunset. Nice breakfast, just too much people and have to wait for the hot meals.

Excellent location and value for money. Wheelchair accessibility and adaptations are also great, especially the shower seat - not small like in most of hotels unfortunately.
