Apartment is in the condition like someone partied really hard there (cracks on the door, marks, stains on the sofa, sofa is broken btw). Very poor sound isolation through the walls (also through the entrance door).

great location with couple of nice cafes/bakeries for breakfast in walking distance. Bus station is in 8 mins walk, around 30 mins to the downtown by public transport. New neighborhood. For longer rent everything that is needed for cleaning and washing can be found in the apartment. Fresh and clean bedding

Nothing really, as I didn't spent too much time in the apartment. Maybe one comment is related to the bed which I found it to be a little bit hard. But this is subjective as other people might like it.

I traveled to Warsaw to attend an event, therefore, I chose this apartment because of its location. The apartment is close to the Fort Wola shopping mall. The apartment was clean well equipped with stocked pots, silverware, glass cups, extra pillows, iron, etc.

Neighbors from apartment 12 , bad sound isolation, too loud and windy air conditioner (ventilation), some little furniture and equipment elements, which is better to fix for best comfort , dirty kitchen hood , creaky hard bed

We got only 1 pillow, and we find out that there is only one fork. Prudentia support comment that the reservation was only for 1 person with is ridiculos. The apartment is very small, ideally for 1persos only.

the service was oweful, on a first day of my accommodation the door lock stuck, and I wasn't able to get in, all my stuff was inside, and i had to have another night out, because the house owner just tells me I can't do nothing, that his day is finished and it was only 6pm. So he was able to came and open the door only next evening. From 3 days i spent there only one night, but paid olforv3 and i didn't get any compensation from him,only 25$ from booking. Besides the cleaning wasn't good also.

The WiFi doesn’t work, the TV doesn’t work, the bed did not have linen and 1 small green blanket , the couch in the living room is broken you can’t sit on it , I contacted the host she said she ddnt know the WiFi and tv ddnt work and said she doesn’t refund but offered 50zl , really disappointing wouldn’t recommend

Service and the bed was very bad not comfortable, it was hard like a stone and the worst pillows I have ever seen, all my stay I was complaining about WiFi is not working and the host did not resolve it

Flat directions were not given directly, with no flat number or building number. I wasted 1 hr to find the place Then discovered there was no parking and had to find on street parking when I searched for properties with parking The bedroom had stained sheets, which is unacceptable The bed is broken and the mattress is sinking in the middle and me and my partner can’t sleep here The WiFi settings sent were incorrect and is different user name and password as stated The plates and cups are dirty Some of the bulbs are not working in the apartment Shower cubicle has no handle to open No toilet roll holder Overall disgusting experience and I want my money back. If I know it was going to be this bad I would have gone to a hotel. I only took this as it looked good in photos and it said it had parking Parking is a nightmare here It feels like u have been ripped off
