If you arrive late there’s very limited food options, even room service has only 3 dishes available after 11PM

Parking: very expensive and inconvenient to have the parking ticket scanned manually by the front desk every time I wanted to exit the parking Unfriendly staff at the reception at check-in.

It is only a bit far from center of city . It would be rented a car would be an advantage for you.

Room was designed well very good condition, there is an iron in the room . Staff was very friendly and breakfast was amazing with most of choices.

Our bed was noisey, like there was a plastic sheet underneath, every time we turned it squeaked.

Great location and easy access from the highway after a long drive! Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast buffet is amazing - hopefully all the time and not just on weekends! Rooms are well sized and also very quiet. Ample parking.

Just the way they handle parking with tickets, if you want to leave you have to ask reception to validate the tickets to let you out, slightly inconvenient if you have to wait whilst they deal with other guests

Waiting time in the restaurant is not acceptable. Even drinks were served only after 1 hour. Hotel should adress this.

The parking could be included in the price as its unlikely anyone would reach this place without a car. The air conditioning was a bit loud.

The hotel is in a very comfortable location when you are in transit. There are also multiple shops and restaurants in the malls around. The best thing about the hotel was the breakfast! The variety was incredible! Not only european, vegan and etc choices but you could also make an asian breakfast.. The food was indeed delicious. We would definitely come back again!

It’s understandable that you may hire students as hotel staff — after all, every business needs to remain profitable. However, they should at least receive basic hospitality training. The restaurant staff were more focused on chatting among themselves than attending to guests, and the reception team appeared inexperienced and unprepared. Unfortunately, they also came across as unfriendly. Additionally, the breakfast could be improved. Its quality and variety fall short compared to what similar hotels offer.

I enjoy staying at this hotel — it’s a convenient stop on my way from Zakopane to Berlin. The room is very comfortable, and the bed provides a great night’s sleep.

I didn't like there were gnats flying over the open food at breakfast. Location a bit far from city centre, but I used a car, so it's not a minus. Otherwise, everything is good in the hotel.

Spacious room, modern design. The staff was very helpful and friendly. A wide variety of breakfast choices. Value for money. Fully satisfied by the hotel.
