I am glad that you appreciated our convenient location, easy access from the ring road and location on the canal with the possibility of using the hotel cruise. I would also like to thank you for your kind words about the hearty breakfasts and dinners served in the elegant dining room, as well as for your appreciation of the decor of the rooms, which strives to blend harmoniously with the city's surroundings. At the same time, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience of the location of the windows, which did not allow you to fully enjoy the view. We realize that the large glazing and space on the lower floors provide a more comfortable contact with the panorama of the Motlawa River and the city. I would like to inform You that on the upper floors windows are smaller because the building, which houses the hotel was in the past a granary and it is under conservatory protection. We appreciate your comments, which allow us to constantly improve our standards of service and the comfort of your stay. Dear Sirs, Thank you very much for sharing your opinion about your stay at Qubus Hotel Gdansk. I am glad that the breakfast turned out to be a great start to your day. At the same time, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience related to parking. Due to our great location near the city center we do have limited parking facilities, that require us to charge a fee. However the price is adequate to the location and comparable to the neighboring parking areas. Regarding the issue of access for people with limited mobility, I accept your comment with full understanding. Three steps at the entrance can indeed be a hindrance.I always encourage Guests to contact the front desk, which can provide assistance with bringing in luggage. Our team is available 24 hours a day and will be happy to help you arrange a comfortable arrival. I hope that, despite the shortcomings mentioned above, you will want to visit the Qubus Hotel Gdañsk again. We will do our best to make your next stay fully comfortable and undisturbed.
