Location was fabulous. Really close to the centre of Wroclaw. Breakfast was also fabulous. I know that they are in the process of upgrading the hotel, but I really liked the feel of my old, wooden furniture. It felt very homely so I hope they don't lose that when they upgrade. Excellent amount of storage space and drawers as well.

Fantastic location next to Cathedral of St Mary Magdalenes and about a minutes walk to the main square. All the ladies in Reception were all so helpful , polite and friendly. Room was decent with kettle and fridge and was very clean, although beds mattresses were a bit worn. Cold water dispenser was directly outside our room with free cold water. The safe for our room was at reception. Great value for money.

in my room air conditioning stopped working; staff went out of their way to try fixing the problem; problem no doubt will have been fixed by now.

Very good breakfast with loads of variety to suit most needs. Good shower with plenty of really hot water - be careful. Water point on the floor dispensing still and sparkling water. Friendly staff. Location excellent a short walk from the main square as well as numerous restaurants available. We were given a room on the first floor with a balcony which was a bonus to sit out and watch the world go by

I do not have anything bad to say. There is a very limited gym in the pool area but I don’t think that could be changed.

This was a very nice property! I believe it was about the closest property to the Old Town in Wroclaw that I saw once I explored the area. The staff especially Maria was most welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious for a European hotel room. The breakfast was included and absolutely amazing. There was even a little play area in the corner for children if they were bored. The stairways if you wished not to take the elevator were always clean and smelt very clean. The pool, sauna and spa were also very accommodating for a small hotel. I have nothing but wonderful things to stay and when I return to Wroclaw this is where I will stay.

The airconditioning does not work very well. It was hot.

The location for this hotel is fantastic. The breakfast is outstanding with a wide variety of choices and fresh food. The staff is very friendly. The hotel's parking was expensive, but the staff suggested parking by the theatre. The theater parking was much less and not too far away.

The elevator is small and nothing.

The location and breakfast were great. I was very tired from the long flight noise, but the staff was friendly and the room was very clean. In particular, the bed mattress cushion was not too soft, which helped my back health. I highly recommend it.

Really Amazing Hotel. Friendly staff. Super position in front of one of the most famous Wroclaw's attraction. Swimming pool sauna and Jacuzzi. I will come back soon!

The carpet in the hallways was worn and stained. The cups in our room were dirty, and the outlet was loose, so that when I plugged in my laptop there were sparks!

The staff was friendly. The cost was understandably higher because of its location. The room was good sized, clean and well-eqipped.

My only would be the cost of the breakfast at a rough cost of £15 it was out of sync with prices in restaurants.
