The question isn’t really about what we like about this property, but more about why we chose it. This is the best location if you plan to go hiking in the mountains frequently. After an 8-hour hike, it’s really tough to go all the way to Krupówki, so the location is perfect. Plus, there’s parking, which is a big advantage. Within around 15 minutes, there are several great places to eat. We’re not too picky about food—we usually just order żurek, pierogi, two shots of sherry, and a beer. The hotel also offers breakfast, which is perfectly fine. There’s even a billiard table somewhere in the hotel, and it’s great to play with friends after a long day.

Spacious, clean room. Responsive staff. Recreation room with billiards and sauna. Good breakfast. "Early Breakfast" was the biggest I've ever seen.

United KingdomNothing to complain about. There is a bus station nearby, but I prefer walking, which takes around 20-30 minutes to reach the city (it's not that far). Maybe next time, I will prefer living in the city since all the restaurants are around there.
The breakfast is served from 7:30, which is a perfect time for me to have breakfast before going hiking. I stayed there for two days; the breakfast is decent (they also provided the traditional Polish cheese that I like the most), and at least they made some changes for these two days.

FinlandRooms should have fridge. Staff should know better about activities in Zakopane. Such as skiing conditions nearby and other activities should be easily available.
Good, silent and cozy room. Breakfast had a lot of sausages and good eggs. Should have more fibers (porridge, whole grain bread, berries, fruits) to make it perfect. Sauna is good plus, but it should have better ventilation to get better moist heat!

HungaryLocation was a bit far away from the city centre, but you have transport connectivity. So not a big concern.
Staff was really amazing and helpful. Room was surprisingly spacious. And even the balcony was quite big and had relaxing chairs outside. Bathroom was well cleaned. Breakfast was having lot of options- various juices, breads, cheese, cereals, fruits, desserts etc. Bus stop was near to hotel and Carrefour supermarket was around the corner.

UkraineThis hotel felt like every corner was cut to save money. My room had an overused bed with pilling sheets, scratched wooden furniture, and dirty bathroom ventilation. Despite the high Booking.com rating, a comfortable night's sleep was not to be found. Most of the staff seemed preoccupied, but I did encounter a pleasant and helpful woman that was helping at reception on my second day who gave us information how we could make the checkout earlier.

HungarySometimes the Wi-Fi didn’t work. Unfortunately we overheard all our next door-mates every day and night. In the billiard room 4/5 sticks were broken. And although there was less people staying there on Monday, breakfast was almost all gone at 9am when we went to eat. The variety wasn’t great on that day. Sorry for mentioning but there were spider webs covered with dust in the bathroom corners and behind our bed, there was blood on the wall, which didn’t look nice or made me feel okay. Bed was comfortable but whenever we moved it made a cracking sound.
Our room looked nice, we had a terrace. Breakfast was delicious, parking was available for free. The receptionists were kind and helpful. It was easy to get anywhere from there. TV worked well, although we didn’t use there was a kettle in the room. The curtains made the room so so dark, which I love because it makes me sleep deeper not to see any light.
