The town really has no restaurants and little to see. Luckily the food at the restaurant is very good, BUT the service really was not one night. I waited a very long time to eat and even saw people walk away because it took too long to even order. I could get no advice from the people at the reception on things to do or even how to get down to the river.

This is a wonderful place to stay, a beautiful hotel and grounds. I felt lucky to be staying there. Very nice rooms and wonderful breakfast. It's also a great value. The walk by the river is very nice and there is a beautiful nature park. I have added two photos. You will need to find this on Google maps because the staff does not give any information.

No lift

Very helpful reception guy, who carried our luggage to the room on the first floor, as there is no lift. Super nice morning staff at the reception and at the restaurant. Everyone very accommodating with all the requests

Nothing. It was nice to be there after the business of Warzawa old town.

Lovely calm environment in the countryside only a few mins in taxi to Modlin airport. We stayed here as we had a very early flight the next morning. Beautiful grounds. Nice terrace to sit and drink and good food from the restaurant although limited choice when we were there.

There is no transfer to airport, bus station is near by but there is no direct bus. Hotel staff ordered taxi for me . Taxi cost 50 PZ. Uber , Bolt are not working there. I was waiting 30 minutes and didn’t get confirmation.

A very nice and perfectly located hotel with friendly, smiling staff and a beautiful park with fountains. The rooms may not be in the most modern style, but they are clean and well-equipped, with two bottles of water, disposable toothbrush sets, and a fridge. Perfect for both a one-night stay and a longer visit. The food in the hotel restaurant is very good, and the breakfast buffet is excellent.

Most of the reception staff spoke minimal English. This is not acceptable in a hotel of this calibre. Not particularly friendly night porter at late-night check-in No lift to the first floor but a lot of steps. No one to help with luggage. Because of the language problem there was a mistake in the time I ordered a taxi which was quite annoying.

I was travelling to central Warsaw the following morning and the taxi was expensive. It cost 10 times more than public transport.

Really close to Modlin airport so it was ideal for an early flight. 5 minutes in a taxi. Lovely garden location and the hotel looks like it was once a historic house. Staff were very helpful and the restaurant was open until 10pm. Nice menu. Food quality good. Comfortable, quiet and clean rooms.

Royal Modlin isn’t just a hotel — it’s a feeling. Elegant without trying too hard, quiet without feeling empty. The room was spotless and comforting, with a balance of classic charm and modern needs. I worked remotely from here and slept deeply, as if the building itself had wrapped me in a soft exhale. Staff were kind and professional: present when needed, invisible when not. The surrounding area is peaceful, with birdsong in the morning and the quiet beauty of small-town Poland in the air. If you’re flying from Warsaw-Modlin Airport, this place is a gem. But even if you’re not, come here for the peace, the quiet poetry of good taste, and the feeling of time slowing down just enough for you to catch your breath.

The pillows were not very comfortable; there was a small problem with the shower jet which had not been repaired and you had to hold it in your hand to wash.

The service was friendly and helpful. Ordering a taxi for the airport transfer went well and we were at the airport on time. The breakfast was varied. Fried vegetables were good. Rooms are nice and so much everything.
