The location is excellent — right in the heart of Kazimierz, close to restaurants and within walking distance of the Old Town. Kazimierz is a very charming place, and I enjoyed it very much. The ladies at breakfast were very nice. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. Great value for the price — we would definitely recommend!

The hotel itself – although clean – is very worn-out and in desperate need of renovation. ..no air conditioning.

Good location if you’re not travelling by car and your goal is to party rather than sleep. The streets is lively and noisy even at night. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is varied and tasty.

The hotel does not have air conditioning, which was especially noticeable in the rooms on the 3rd floor under the roof - they became quite hot during warm days. We asked the reception if we could change rooms, as the small fan provided didn't help much. The receptionist was very helpful and changed our room without any issues, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself feels a bit outdated, with older furniture and dark-colored decor in the rooms, which might not suit everyone's taste. The surrounding streets can be quite noisy, especially at night, and there was construction work taking place in the hotel’s inner courtyard during our stay.

A surprisingly good breakfast with good coffee. The hotel is conveniently located close to numerous restaurants, bars, and just a short walk from the nearest tram station, making it easy to explore the city.

Because it was right in the middle of town it was a bit noisy but once you closed windows it wasn’t bad.

Not that much the hotel itself but rather the lack of parking spots in the Jewish quarters. That is something to keep in mind when booking any hotel in that area.

Everything. Nice rooms, excellent location, kind and service minded staff. All you can ask for in a hotel. It was very hot during our stay so an AC would have been the icing on an otherwise perfect cake. But we could open the windows and there was a fan so we managed just fine.

The Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The Breakfast buffet was fantastic. The location of the hotel was superb close to the Jewish quarter which is full of restaurants and bars and also within walking distance of the Main Square.

Just wish it had a safe and fridge in the room, but other than that perfect.

Loved the location, the proximity to many attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was yum and well equipped for people with dietary restrictions as they had soy milk, gluten free bread and an allergen menu! Also the mattresses were incredibly comfortable.

Rooms were a bit basic and small , room on third floor with sloping ceiling which beds were under. Felt a bit cramped
