LatviaThere was no mini fridge in room and we realised it after shopping in the local grocery store, but that is not a big issue.
Room was clean, hotel staff were speaking in English, breakfast was very good with various foods and vegetables - there is no place for complaints. Mountain View is actual mountains view, without obstacles - amazing.

This was the best decision to stay in this hotel in Zakopane. Location is so good, grocery store is nearby, main tourist street also is there, just some 50 meters. This hotel has very good value for money is you book it for some 3-4 days. Parking also here, no problems. As we had some early morning trips, we booked a room without a breakfast, and just payed for it on site when it was needed, very comfortable. Rooms are very clean, perfect I would say. And you should reserve a room with balcony and mountain view, so beautiful. Highly recommended!

LithuaniaNo air conditioning but the windows open, so it’s manageable. WiFi kept disconnecting a couple times. The room and bathroom/shower are on the smaller side, but for us it was okay (for some people might be an issue).
Very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was good. The facilities are modern and clean. There’s a kettle with some tea and coffee in the room. Lots of storage. Even our basic room on the 1st floor had a nice view of the mountains. Breakfast was 50pln per person and had everything we need. Biedronka (grocery store) right beside the hotel. The staff was very accommodating as we needed to check out very late at night. Had no problems whatsoever. Would love to stay there again if I visit Zakopane again.
