The internet connection was poor and unstable, making it frustrating to use. I would not recommend traveling here for work unless you have a reliable personal internet connection. Additionally, the lighting setup was inconvenient. While this may seem like a minor detail, I found the lack of adjustable lighting options problematic—whenever any light was turned on, it became excessively bright.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The views were amazing, and the staff were really helpful.

One of the reasons why we picked this apartment was the tub by the window. This was actually disappointing, as the tub was super small and no bubbles.

View from the apartment is breathtaking. Especially in the morning when I woke up before sunrise and answered some emails with a view like this was a great experience. Very quiet. Elevators were quite quick, although we were at the 42 floor, we did not wait for elevator long.

The view and make up of the apartment was amazing and just as good as the photos. Check in was very simple and the staff their were very friendly.

Nothing, everything was perfect

This property is absolutely beautiful. Everything went well, it's the best place we ever stayed so far. Upon check-in be ready to have credit card which will be charged for deposit. We got back our deposit after our stay in a day or two. The best property to stay when in beautiful Wroclaw, we will come back for sure :)

Equipment (hairdryer etc.) was low standard in comparison to the apartment. For this price I was expecting a little more.

Bed on the strange angle and to soft. Elevator old and need upgrade. Missing toaster in the kitchen. Could be cleaner but overall good enough.

It’s more like a hotel rather than an apartment. So I would expect more hygiene products in bathroom, like eyepatches or ear sticks. When we launched massage function in jacuzzi it smells weird, so there was an impression that either no one used for a long time or it was not cleaned properly. The water in jacuzzi hit the mark to let me go in just after one hour of pouring.

The room looks really luxury. I like the idea of bathtub next to the window, especially when it’s pretty far from bedroom. Here it was even jacuzzi. Check in was pretty fast, checkout even faster. So if you have irresistible wish to stay at jacuzzi and watch the noisy town so this option for you.

The only criticism I have is the lifts, the door on one kept jamming and another still looked like it was being built but certainly didn’t ruin anything.

The room was absolutely fantastic! Clean, lots of modern facilities, little touches such as bath robes and slippers, the views were phenomenal and the hot tub made me not want to leave!

The speaker does not work, we called the reception, she told us that a technician will come, but he doesnt for this money What I paid for this apartment i wanted everything perfect.

On arrival we checked the place, there was a hole in the living room wall and a blood stain on the living room sofa. The light system and the AC was a bit difficult to understand how to use it but we have worked around it pretty quick. Apart from this everything was tip top.

The property was very spacious, the beds very comfortable, the views wonderful. Close to town, shops and restaurants with entertainment in the gallery on ground 1. The showers were large and could fit at least 3-4 people in them. The apartment was furnished with all essential items and the staff were very kind and helpful.

The pillows weren't great but they were still usable.

We had the most amazing time staying here. The staff were friendly, check in was quick, the apartment was so amazing. There were towels, robes and slippers provided. My friends have asked where this is and I have highly recommended they stay here! We intend on staying again.
